The location is perfect, right on the beach and the promenade. The staff is very friendly. The apartment is a bit older, as is some of the furniture. The sofa was very worn and a bit small to comfortably seat four people (the apartment is for four people), but there was a table with six chairs inside and outside. Unfortunately, we were unlucky in that there was a family above us who seemed to rearrange the apartment every day at lunchtime and in the evenings from around 9:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The chairs and tables were constantly being pushed back and forth, and due to the construction, it was so loud that even earplugs didn't help. (Perhaps felt glue for the chairs would be something to invest in.) There is also a pool, but we never went in because we really liked the beach, and despite the number of people, it never felt crowded because the beach was so long and large, everything was spread out perfectly. There was also a separate beach for dogs, with fresh water for our four-legged friends.

This stay didn't meet our expectations.

It's said that the teams intervene to ensure our comfort. The gardener cuts the hedges blocking the access to the sea. At reception, they don't speak French.

The apartment is in its original condition with an original kitchen from the late 1960s. It's very old-fashioned. There are switches that don't work. The walls, the ceiling, the floor, everything is thin. You can hear everything. The children screaming, the chairs being dragged along the floor, the cleaning ladies making noise. It's not relaxing.

The pool is also a noisy place. I must not have Spanish customs. Between the women who topless, or those who strip completely naked to put on their swimsuits in front of children. One might wonder if this is an adult residence? We also have children in diapers that aren't suitable for going in the pool. As a result, they end up naked splashing around. If you see fecal matter in the pool, don't be surprised. There's no one to enforce social distancing.

Although the residence is close to the sea, there isn't much around.

When I look at the old reviews from several months ago, it says that there will be improvements to the negative points. This must be just blah blah, because during our stay we noticed the same problems.

Putting up a poster in each apartment explaining what social distancing is and explaining what the rules are, at least if there are rules, would be a good start.

Perfect location next to the beach.
Dogs are welcome, and the dog beach is very close.

Decent apartments, no air conditioning so it's difficult in summer. The cushions are dirty, the mattress covers are dirty. We washed everything. The sofa bed is also not clean. The exterior maintenance is very clean, as is the pool. Please make a little effort to wash the mattress covers between each guest...
