The apartment was great, super clean, with all the amenities you need. The staff was very nice, especially the receptionist called Noelia and the guy at the cafeteria, a tall guy with a clear Ted and a close shave. They were very attentive and pleasant, always attentive to our needs. The location was central, we went to Aqualandia and the beach was also within walking distance, as was the viewpoint. I don't know if it was six minutes by car or something like that. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

Very friendly workers, attentive to everything, especially David, the receptionists, very good workers, especially Noelia. The only drawback I would say is that it is recommended for adults because a lot of children and young people come and they come to have fun and drink, which is their right, that is why it is recommended for adults.

I'm writing this review to help people decide whether or not to stay at these apartments.
We stayed from August 30, 2025 to August 3, 2025.

- The location is very good, with very good transport links, close to the beach. (About a 15-minute walk)
We were four people, three adults and a small child. The first thing is that check-in for stays under six days is at 4:00 PM, which is a bit late, but we drove there and took the opportunity to eat out. Once we arrived, the guy was very friendly and explained a little about the pool and the maintenance required in the apartment to get our somewhat high deposit of €200 back.

We didn't pay for parking because it cost €15 a day, and the street next door has free parking where we could leave our car without any problems.

The apartment is small but has just the right amount of amenities. The kitchen is small but had everything you need to cook: microwave, dishwasher, pots, plates, cutlery, etc. We missed an oven, but it wasn't essential.
We were on the 17th floor and we really loved the views. The terrace was great, with an outdoor dining area for eating in front of the views. We could even see Benidorm. We only had one room with two single beds, and there was a small sofa bed in the living room. The sofa felt a bit small for four people, but we hardly used it since we planned to go for a walk.
There was air conditioning, and due to the time of year, we really appreciated it.
I saw many reviews about noise in the rooms, and I haven't had that bad experience. There were no problems of any kind during our stay, the staff were friendly, and the foreigners didn't party while we were there.

As for the pool, it leaves a bit to be desired; it's small for the number of people there. There are sun loungers but no umbrellas. It's somewhat neglected, and there are areas with mold. There were some issues there due to the lack of care regarding the trash left by foreigners without anyone saying anything. Glasses and drinks were thrown on the floor, they played music in the pool and took up the limited water space to play with each other, without caring about other guests. We didn't have any fights, but the amount of alcohol scattered around the pool area, where it clearly states that you cannot eat or drink, was somewhat uncomfortable. It seems to be a common occurrence because there was always a girl picking up the trash without saying anything to anyone.

There was a minibar downstairs, and we didn't really buy anything there because of the price. Nothing exaggerated, but there were restaurants nearby with much lower prices.

The apartment cost us approximately €90 per night, which we found to be a good deal given the dates. However, it's also worth mentioning that practically everything had an extra charge: parking (€15 per day). If you left your apartment keys behind, you had to pay €25 to have the door opened, and if you lost either of the two keys they give you, it's €50. If you want to check in at 2:00 PM, it's another €50.
In our case, we didn't use any of these, but it's good to keep in mind.

Finally, check-out is at 10:00 AM, which is very early, but you can pay €20 if you want to check out at 3:00 PM or €30 if you want to check out at 6:00 PM.

We wanted to pay the €20 for a late checkout, but we were told that one-bedroom apartments weren't available. We understood.

Checkout was a bit of a disaster; the line was very long with people leaving, and everyone wanted their deposit back.
I must say that when it was my turn, the receptionist was talking on a walkie-talkie with another woman who was in charge of checking the apartment and verifying it was in good condition. Once she approved, they returned the deposit.
In our case, we spent 35 minutes checking out. Because the woman in charge of checking the rooms was going from bottom to top, and since we were on the 17th floor, we were the last ones, even though we were the first to get in line, but nothing more.

If you're looking for something "relatively" affordable, this is quite good.

Without a doubt the best thing about the hotel was the receptionist Jorge, a great professional and attentive to everything.
