We often go to Andorra and stay at Pierre & Vacances. The only downside was that we had two cars, and one of the parking spaces was already taken the first night! We mentioned a few minor issues, and they listened. I think that despite these small problems, we'll come back.

I stayed from March 7th to 11th, 2026, and I think the company needs to improve, especially in several areas. First, the receptionists' lack of empathy leaves much to be desired and does the company a disservice. I requested a second parking space for our stay, as we had two vehicles and I had mentioned this two months in advance in the comments. They told us it wasn't possible because everything was booked. It turns out that during our stay, all the Pierre & Vacances parking spaces were empty. I don't understand why, since the cost of the space was separate, but it showed the receptionist's lack of interest and knowledge—a disgrace.

When you book, they don't tell you which building you'll be in, and the least they could do is put it in writing, since they have several apartments in different complexes. The apartment itself was fine, with plenty of closets, but the state of the paint on the walls is shameful; it urgently needs repainting. It was a B2B apartment.
Overall, they treat you like cattle.

Good morning, I've been going every year for about 4-5 years. Honestly, they're the best value for money; sometimes they have really good offers. The apartments are well-equipped. This year, the TV didn't have a remote, so I called them and they came within an hour with a new TV and set it up for me. Congratulations and keep up the good work!

I was very disappointed with the service and organization during my ski week.

I booked my skis through Pierre & Vacances for a Saturday to Saturday stay. Upon my arrival on Saturday, February 7th, in the early afternoon, I was told to pick up the skis at the shop next door… which was closed. I was asked to come back the next day: still closed.

I was then sent to another shop located in a neighboring town. I had to take the bus and wasted a large part of my day going back and forth.
For the return, I went back on February 13th during opening hours. They refused to take the skis back because the manager wasn't there. So I returned on February 14th when they opened… and I was charged an extra €61 for being one day late! Charging a customer for problems that are clearly your own fault is completely unacceptable. A very frustrating experience and service that needs improvement.
