Fijn hotel op een perfecte locatie in het centrum. De parkeerplaats is ondergronds en privé, echter is dit niet toegankelijk voor grote auto’s.

De kamers zijn zeer luxe en schoon. De stijl zelf is wat verouderd. Een mooie ruime regendouche en bubbelbad waren aanwezig in de badkamer. Een verbeterpuntje is de afvoer van de douche.

Ondanks de mooi afgewerkte bak onder de douche bleef er veel water staan buiten de ruimte.

Let wel op: er is een bouwplaats pal naast het hotel. Dit lijkt ook nog zeker een jaar te gaan duren.

Fijn dat u de tijd nam uw beoordeling achter te laten.

We zijn verheugd dat u de luxe en netheid van onze kamers heeft gewaardeerd, met een prachtig uitzicht op de hoofdstad van Andorra en volledig uitgeruste voorzieningen zoals een jacuzzi en een regendouche voor ontspannende momenten.

Desalniettemin betreuren we dat niet alles aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. We begrijpen dat de stijl van de kamer niet geheel naar uw smaak was en de problemen met de afvoer van de douche hebben geleid tot enig ongemak. We waarderen uw opmerkingen ten zeerste en zullen deze punten bespreken met ons onderhoudsteam om onze toekomstige service te verbeteren. Wat betreft de bouwwerkzaamheden naast het hotel, deze zijn inderdaad ingrijpend en wij doen ons uiterste best om het ongemak voor onze gasten tot een minimum te beperken. We hopen dat ondanks dit, uw verblijf aangenaam was.

Tot slot zijn we blij dat u de perfecte locatie van ons hotel in het hart van het centrum van Andorra hebt opgemerkt, met directe toegang tot de hoofdstraat waar u kunt genieten van een verscheidenheid aan winkels en restaurants.

The rooms are amazing but service is mid. Dinner at coure was really good, but pretty slow. The breakfast was… interesting; location was great tho. The bathtubs were literally amazing and if u don’t care about the little stuff this place is good.

Access to the spa is an extra charge for a room costing €9,000 for 6 nights…
Unpleasant welcome, unpleasant staff to my 5-year-old son.
The breakfast kitchen can't tell the difference between a hard-boiled and a soft-boiled egg…
I haven't had any shower gel for 3 days, even though I pointed out that the dispenser was empty. Outdoor parking is an extra charge.
My wife dropped her spoon in front of two waiters and they didn't react at all; even a roadside diner would have reacted…
We got sick after eating raclette.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés MAIS nous pensons que votre commentaire s'adresse à un autre établissement.

En effet, nous ne disposons pas de spa, notre restaurant ne propose pas de raclette et nous n'avons pas de parking extérieur.

We stayed from February 12th to 16th.
The hotel is centrally located, exactly what you'd expect. The rooms are worthy of a 5-star hotel.
However, we had a rather strange experience. On the evening of February 15th, we called to request room service, and the answer was no, they didn't have that service that night because they didn't have enough staff… I believe it's non-negotiable that a 4-star hotel should have room service. Perhaps this review is more focused on management, as it could have been a staffing miscalculation, but I believe you can never neglect your own guests.

Es un placer saber que nuestras habitaciones cumplieron con sus expectativas y le brindaron la calidad que busca en una estancia de alto nivel.

Lamentamos profundamente que algunos servicios no estuvieran disponibles en el momento que los necesitaba. En nuestro hotel, contamos con servicio de habitaciones las 24 horas, por lo que lo ocurrido aquella noche fue una circunstancia excepcional que estamos revisando para garantizar que no se repita.

Por otro lado, nos enorgullece ofrecer una ubicación privilegiada que permite a nuestros huéspedes disfrutar de la comodidad de estar en el centro de Andorra, rodeados de todos los servicios y conexiones que facilitan una experiencia completa.
