Geboekt voor 2 nachten medio augustus. Prima locatie. Parkeren op straat is een enorme uitdaging, erg druk. Als je voor 18:00 uur incheckt kan je gebruik maken van de betaalde parkeergarage. Kleine gedateerde kamers. Het wordt 's nachts erg warm met 4 personen. Wij hebben een kamer gekregen op de begane grond zonder uitzicht. Beide ramen keken naar de muren van de buren. Vraag duidelijk naar een kamer met landzicht tijdens het boeken. Ik heb geen borg betaald maar 10 minuten gewacht voor een eindcontrole tijdens het uitchecken.

Het verheugt ons dat u gebruik kon maken van onze parkeergarage door vóór 18:00 uur in te checken. Dit biedt inderdaad een praktische oplossing voor gasten die met de auto reizen.

Onze appartementen zijn ingericht met aandacht voor functionaliteit, waarbij we regelmatig updates uitvoeren. Qua temperatuurbeheersing bieden wij extra ventilatiemogelijkheden op aanvraag. Daarnaast streven we ernaar onze uitcheckprocedures zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Graag ontvangen wij u weer voor een zorgeloos wintersportavontuur.

Excellent place to relax, very well located, very complete, the staff is very attentive and friendly; Jonathan and Viviana are cordial and efficient. I would return without hesitation.

How can you put someone like that in charge of reception at such a well-known hotel chain? It's simple: this girl was unpleasant, rude, and incompetent. When we arrived at the hotel, she was chatting calmly with her colleague! We couldn't change her behavior at all; their conversation seemed more interesting than doing the job she was paid to do! Finally, I approached her to try and get her attention, which she clearly didn't appreciate at all. The welcome was as cold as the snow outside! She was abrupt and contradictory; at first, there were no rooms available, then suddenly she found one! Feeling uneasy, we asked if we could see the room. Then, surprise! In a nasty manner, she told us no, no viewing. "Just take the room, because they're full anyway!" she said, addressing us informally! Unbelievable! It's a shame that people like that disgust customers, drive them away, and give the hotel a bad reputation. Avoid this place. There's no shortage of hotels in Pas de la Casa.
