Ramen al mistens 5 jaar niet meer gepoetst, lift defect, plinten hangen vol stof, schimmel(rand) in de douches.
Zeer "in-efficace' acceuil, in plaats van paar koppels samen uitleg te geven, rammelt (vriendelijke weliswaar) mevrouw tegen 130km/h in 't Frans de facilitées en voorzieningen op ....
20 FRENCH -only TV-zenders (zelfs geen BBC .. French Chauvinistes !)
Uren van 't zwembad te laat open en te vroeg dicht ... tegen dat ge van uitstap terug komt met ge U al haasten, en 's morgens wachten tot 9u.
GEEN zeepbakje/plankje in douche om bvb zeep of shampoo op te zetten.
Dag en nacht HUMmmmm-geluid (ventilatie?)
Geen dampkap boven kookvuur.
Waterdruk zeer laag, en dikwijls alleen koud water in douche :-(

Very beautiful residence, ideal location with parking. Small heated swimming pool ideal at the end of the day. Bike rental on site so it's perfect.

Ideally located for a walking or cycling tour. Completely suitable for stays with children.

Very disappointed hammam and sauna unusable people warned us....no privacy very noisy building tiny and cold swimming pool very disappointed.

A perfect location 5 minutes walk from the port. With a very large, quite pleasant garden. A small heated internal swimming pool but a little warmer would be more pleasant. A fitness room not extremely well stocked but sufficient. Bike rental on site only concerns adult bikes.
Animals seem to be accepted.
The rooms are OK for a 3 star. Decent bedding too.

Note that there is a nursery school attached but we were on vacation so there was no noise during our stay.
