Zeer "in-efficace' acceuil, in plaats van paar koppels samen uitleg te geven, rammelt (vriendelijke weliswaar) mevrouw tegen 130km/h in 't Frans de facilitées en voorzieningen op ....
20 FRENCH -only TV-zenders (zelfs geen BBC .. French Chauvinistes !)
Uren van 't zwembad te laat open en te vroeg dicht ... tegen dat ge van uitstap terug komt met ge U al haasten, en 's morgens wachten tot 9u.
GEEN zeepbakje/plankje in douche om bvb zeep of shampoo op te zetten.
Dag en nacht HUMmmmm-geluid (ventilatie?)
Geen dampkap boven kookvuur.
Waterdruk zeer laag, en dikwijls alleen koud water in douche :-(

This Pierre et vacances is ideally located for residing in St Martin de Ré and for traveling around the island thanks to rental bikes (lower rates than rental companies on the port)
We had a studio for 2 people with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and separate toilet.
Swimming pool both indoor and outdoor, fitness room, very large park and warm welcome from friendly hostesses.
Excellent stay.

Everything was perfect. Special thanks to the two Pauline(s) who were very professional, always smiling and very pleasant. They are really in their place, well done and thank you. A big thank you and congratulations to the maintenance teams, always working to ensure that residents are truly on vacation. The staff are very polite, always a hello or a kind word for the family (which is not the case for residents who must be deaf or blind because they never say hello when we meet, which particularly intrigued our children who did not understand why the residents they passed did not respond to them). Perhaps a mention in the establishment's welcome charter would be welcome, indicating that saying hello is completely free). All residence staff set an example with their smile and courtesy, so residents must do the same. Many thanks again and we will definitely be back.

We are currently there and a nice hotel in a good location but it is 50 degrees in the room a very tiny column fan which does not even blow on the hotel com room with balcony but we are not entitled to it because only 3 of us are on the street without balcony impossible to open window otherwise passers-by enter the room and on the sun side of course very very very disappointed my husband is furious and I sad for the price
In addition we are told that at 3c without balcony in full sun without air conditioning while there are 2 people or they eat on their small balcony and next to 3 ditto and we are not right c shameful and believe me I don't would not stay there because there are possibilities of giving us a room with a small exterior
In addition no bed but sofa bed with 5 cm mattress we feel all the springs and iron finally never again

I received my studio room nmr 75 and noticed that there was water damage. A person put white paint on gray in a crude manner without filling in anything. The next day I spoke about it to reception who replied: I will speak to the technician. A response that I did not expect at all and of no interest to the customer. Fortunately the location is great and the setting is relaxing.
