Ramen al mistens 5 jaar niet meer gepoetst, lift defect, plinten hangen vol stof, schimmel(rand) in de douches.
Zeer "in-efficace' acceuil, in plaats van paar koppels samen uitleg te geven, rammelt (vriendelijke weliswaar) mevrouw tegen 130km/h in 't Frans de facilitées en voorzieningen op ....
20 FRENCH -only TV-zenders (zelfs geen BBC .. French Chauvinistes !)
Uren van 't zwembad te laat open en te vroeg dicht ... tegen dat ge van uitstap terug komt met ge U al haasten, en 's morgens wachten tot 9u.
GEEN zeepbakje/plankje in douche om bvb zeep of shampoo op te zetten.
Dag en nacht HUMmmmm-geluid (ventilatie?)
Geen dampkap boven kookvuur.
Waterdruk zeer laag, en dikwijls alleen koud water in douche :-(

Very nice place but seriously lacking a good renovation and a real terrace in front of the apartments

Third time, no false notes, smiling and warm welcome, studio, clean and well-appointed with just what you need, brand new sauna, well-maintained hammam, clean and heated swimming pool, well-maintained green spaces. Great stay.

The location, a 5-minute walk from the town center of Saint Martin de Ré, with free, secure parking, is the Residence's main asset!
The interior garden, full of trees, flowers, and well-maintained, is very pleasant and adds a touch of tranquility.
The bike rental service is a plus, and the rates are very reasonable for a week.
The very, very clean pool is 28 degrees Celsius inside and certainly warmer outside thanks to the sun.
Ending your day on a bike while enjoying the pool is very pleasant.
The studio is very clean and functional.
A kettle and coffee maker/toaster are available.
The impeccable bedding and a large-screen TV are also appreciated.
The bathroom has a clean bathtub.
It might be worth mentioning that setting the water to the desired temperature takes a bit of time.
A separate toilet is a plus.
The staff is friendly and available and always offers good advice.
We will definitely be back!
