De residentie heeft een goede en centrale ligging. Er is een ruime gratis parking. De organisatie van Pierre et Vacances is uitstekend.
De site is evenwel uitgeleefd en versleten en is dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe. Er is geen airco in de kamers wat tijdens de recente hittegolf niet aangenaam was.

Ramen al mistens 5 jaar niet meer gepoetst, lift defect, plinten hangen vol stof, schimmel(rand) in de douches.
Zeer "in-efficace' acceuil, in plaats van paar koppels samen uitleg te geven, rammelt (vriendelijke weliswaar) mevrouw tegen 130km/h in 't Frans de facilitées en voorzieningen op ....
20 FRENCH -only TV-zenders (zelfs geen BBC .. French Chauvinistes !)
Uren van 't zwembad te laat open en te vroeg dicht ... tegen dat ge van uitstap terug komt met ge U al haasten, en 's morgens wachten tot 9u.
GEEN zeepbakje/plankje in douche om bvb zeep of shampoo op te zetten.
Dag en nacht HUMmmmm-geluid (ventilatie?)
Geen dampkap boven kookvuur.
Waterdruk zeer laag, en dikwijls alleen koud water in douche :-(

This is a residence that we really like for its amenities, its location, its setting, and its calm. The team is very helpful and discreet. We will be back.

Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the city center and the port, this residence is pleasant, quiet, our apartment was clean and functional the staff is welcoming and friendly and attentive to your needs. A little lick of paint on the outside would enhance it, and the small "hitch" is the parking if you arrive late there is no more space so you have to go to the paid parking outside. I recommend this residence.

Close to the city center on foot in a few minutes.
Otherwise, this residence needs serious renovation.
