De residentie heeft een goede en centrale ligging. Er is een ruime gratis parking. De organisatie van Pierre et Vacances is uitstekend.
De site is evenwel uitgeleefd en versleten en is dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe. Er is geen airco in de kamers wat tijdens de recente hittegolf niet aangenaam was.

Ramen al mistens 5 jaar niet meer gepoetst, lift defect, plinten hangen vol stof, schimmel(rand) in de douches.
Zeer "in-efficace' acceuil, in plaats van paar koppels samen uitleg te geven, rammelt (vriendelijke weliswaar) mevrouw tegen 130km/h in 't Frans de facilitées en voorzieningen op ....
20 FRENCH -only TV-zenders (zelfs geen BBC .. French Chauvinistes !)
Uren van 't zwembad te laat open en te vroeg dicht ... tegen dat ge van uitstap terug komt met ge U al haasten, en 's morgens wachten tot 9u.
GEEN zeepbakje/plankje in douche om bvb zeep of shampoo op te zetten.
Dag en nacht HUMmmmm-geluid (ventilatie?)
Geen dampkap boven kookvuur.
Waterdruk zeer laag, en dikwijls alleen koud water in douche :-(

Worst room in the hotel! We came with a 2-month-old baby, and it's a complete nightmare. To get to the room, you have to go up three different staircases, which is already very complicated with a baby. The room is right next to the indoor pool: as a result, it's 28 degrees Celsius inside, making it impossible to ventilate at night. The ground-floor room overlooks the road, and the ventilation is only on a timer (you have to get up every two hours to turn it back on), so it's safe to say we haven't slept for two days with the little one.

Added to this is a constant, foul sewer smell; I had to buy air fresheners myself from the supermarket... No action, no solution offered because "they're overbooked." For €1,400 a week, I find it shameful to rent out such a room. I booked in March for August, specifying that we were coming with a baby, and now we're in a complete mess. This is the worst vacation of my life.

Very good stay, good welcome, family setting, pleasant swimming pool (well heated), spacious and functional accommodation (small downside about the squeaky bed!). Good location (good starting point for bike rides).
