Op het eerste zicht zag het er goed uit de kamers zeker ruim genoeg teras heel groot heel tof. Tot je eens goed begint te kijken in hoekjes op de lampen buiten op badkamer denk niet dat er veel gekuist wordt buiten snel met mop een over de vloer. Beneden zie je twee mensen werken receptie en in de bar 2 die gans het spel hier moeten doen veel te weinig personeel. De jongen in bar wist niet waar hoofd stond van bar naar de receptie moest er alles doen. En wat het ergste was vond ik dan het zwembad zaten er met drank in coctail bier alles. Roken in het zwembad hun vuil lag aan de rand blikken flessen de peuken kortom vuile vuile nest was het daar. We gaan zeker niet meer terug 4 dagen verbleven en niemand gezien om te poetsen laat staan een verse handoek te hangen 4 nachten voor 530€

My partner and I stayed on the 28th floor, and both the views and the room were incredible. Everything was very clean and in perfect condition. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the bathroom also had hand, body, and hair soaps. If you opt for breakfast, be prepared to be patient because it's chaotic, although I must admit the food is very good. The only downside is the organization. The staff were very friendly and attentive. 100% recommended. We will be back.

Everything went very well.

It's important to note that you need to pick up the keys at Hotel Pierre & Vacances East before going to Pierre & Vacances Horizon, which is 50 meters further up the road.

A year ago, I booked their accommodation through Booking.com. Since it was the same week I bought my room, I purchased a non-refundable reservation on the day of arrival. Then, as we all remember, the DANA storm hit, making it impossible for me to travel since I live in Valencia. They clearly didn't refund my money, but we had agreed to keep the date open for a later date. I've tried contacting them several times to arrange my trip and use my reservation, but they've never responded to my emails. So, I've essentially given up on both the money and the accommodation. Very poor customer service.

Perfect Experience
My stay was unbeatable. The apartments are in perfect condition, very clean, and have truly spectacular views. The facilities in general are excellent, and the attention to detail is evident. I had the opportunity to try the hotel restaurant, and the food was of exceptional quality. Furthermore, the staff was impeccable: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to enjoy.
