Op het eerste zicht zag het er goed uit de kamers zeker ruim genoeg teras heel groot heel tof. Tot je eens goed begint te kijken in hoekjes op de lampen buiten op badkamer denk niet dat er veel gekuist wordt buiten snel met mop een over de vloer. Beneden zie je twee mensen werken receptie en in de bar 2 die gans het spel hier moeten doen veel te weinig personeel. De jongen in bar wist niet waar hoofd stond van bar naar de receptie moest er alles doen. En wat het ergste was vond ik dan het zwembad zaten er met drank in coctail bier alles. Roken in het zwembad hun vuil lag aan de rand blikken flessen de peuken kortom vuile vuile nest was het daar. We gaan zeker niet meer terug 4 dagen verbleven en niemand gezien om te poetsen laat staan een verse handoek te hangen 4 nachten voor 530€

Stayed here for 4 nights was pretty good. The swimming pools were drained (probably because of the time of year) but you can use the indoor swimming pool in the Hotel Benidorm East just down the road, also there is a free minibus that takes you down to Levante Beach at the hotel down the road. Would stay here again. Great view from balcony we were on 6th floor so probably much better view from higher floors.

Quite dirty, very run down, none of the doors or windows close properly, the three-star rating is fake, the only good thing is the terrace and the views.

The hotel was full, and it's clear they differentiate between group guests and those who book through Booking.com.
In the apartment, we only had one sheet on the bed, and even though it's Benidorm in February, it gets cold at night. I asked reception for a bedspread, and they told me I had to have one. I told them that wasn't the case, and they said I could keep it inside the sofa since it was a sofa bed. I said, "Great, there are two of us, and normally we sleep in the bed. I shouldn't have to open any sofa." Finally, the cleaning staff came up and brought me two filthy blankets out of a garbage bag. Well, I guess I won't be using them.

We managed to get in the elevator (we were on the 20th floor), and a worker got out and said, and I quote, "Don't go down in this elevator; it smells like tourists." Excuse me? Well, maybe you're working thanks to the English guest.

We went down to dinner and they sat us next to the trash cart and the dirty dishes. I think the waiters were betting on who could be the loudest and most disruptive. Every time they went to get cutlery, they invaded my personal space.
For breakfast, they don't say the last admission was at 10:00. We went down at 10:00 and it was closed. I asked at reception and they replied (clearly due to a lack of social skills) "They close at 10." I said, "I was told you could come in until 10:00," and they said, "Sure, but we're already closed." And they turned away! Goodbye Pierre Vacances, never again!
The guests ahead of me checking out (I assume they weren't from Booking.com because they were bowing to the receptionist) were asking if they'd been treated well and if everything had been to their liking. When it was my turn, I was rubbing my hands together... But they didn't ask me (of course, I'm not a VIP), but it doesn't matter, Booking.com will ask and I'll write my review!
