If you don't fancy climbing up Mont Blanc, what better way to discover it that with the Mont Blanc Tramway? Since 1909, the faithful Mont Blanc tram has linked Le Fayet and Bellevue. The tram's retro charm will appeal to people of all ages. This vintage tram will allow you to discover a breathtaking view of the Alps and from the top you can reach the pistes. In summertime you can also take the tram and then go head of hiking or walking around the green mountain pastures. Hop on board to get to the top of the mountain in a few moments!
Village and Mountain Cirque at Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval
In Haute-Savoie, the village that is nicknamed "Queen of the Alps" is of course ranked among the "most beautiful villages of France". The village of Six-Fer-à-Cheval is located in an exceptional natural environment, some 80% of the land is classified as a nature reserve.

This is one of the finest sights of the Chamonix valley. Snaking through the mountains, the Diosaz gorges are reputed to be among the most beautiful in France.
This fascinating work of erosion reveals nature in its raw state. Throughout its course, signs explain the history of the gorge from its formation to the present day.
Though wild, this site is easily accessible, so that the whole family can enjoy this natural spectacle!
Merlet Animal Park
Merlet Animal Park is the perfect opportunity to observe up close more than 80 animal species that live wild in the mountains. During a 1 or 2 hr walk, you can meet all kinds of animals.
Chamois, marmots, ibex, sheep, fallow deer or Sika deer are the most famous players from this wild herd likely to come face to face with a group of visitors at a bend in the path. In summer, free entertainment is put on.
Located at an altitude of 2,352m in the Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve, Lac Blanc will enchant all those who appreciate mountain scenery. Some beautiful walks lead to the lake.
Discover the body of water dominated by Mont Blanc's silhouette. Weather permitting, the highest peak in France is reflected in the lake's turquoise waters just like a picture postcard.
