Agosto 2023 residence poco accogliente alloggio pulito all'occhio ma lenzuola, tende, coprimaterassi e divani da pulire. Personale abbastanza cordiale fino a quando non hai bisogno di un cambio lenzuola trovate sporche all'arrivo. Se hai bisogno di un asciugamano in più devi pagare 8 eur. Lavatrice disponibile a 7 eur e 4.50 asciugatrice. Alloggi piccoli. Le attrazioni tutte a pagamento (salato) negozi carissimi e sforniti. Locali chiusi x la maggior parte. Sicuramente per chi ama camminare posto strategico

Filthy, cramped place! Rooms are filthy and furniture has passed its sell by date long time ago. Since 1990 nothing has changed in a way of deco or cleanliness. On the day of our departure there was ONE young lady in the reception trying to check out more than 100 people. Shameful place.

If my bedding in this building had been used to give a Brazilian wax it wouldn’t have had more pubic hair on it than it did. Absolutely vile. I filtered the Google reviews of this place for the worst reviews, and I experienced just about everything everyone said just on my 4-night stay here (harassment by young idiots in the elevator, drunken noise, utter filth, general inconvenience at every turn, feeling totally unsafe, etc.) This was my first trip to Val Thorens and despite the mountain itself being spectacular, I’ll likely never return after my experience being totally ripped off here. For the love of god, stay somewhere else. If they were to snap their fingers and improve this place by 6000xs overnight, it would still be worse than just camping outside at 3000m in January. I hope the people responsible for this travesty of an enterprise end up rotting in prison, or worse, having to live in this place for 3 months.

Extremely noisy at night. Constant parties in the hallways. Impossible to sleep.
The common areas are dirty and poorly maintained. I would never recommend this complex to anyone, not in Val Thorens, not anywhere.
