Spazi minuscoli, bagni inadeguati, cameretta/studio claustrofobica e con accumulo di sporco dietro il letto a castello. Mancava il phon (c'è lo hanno dato), tutte le stoviglie e i piatti puzzavano di uovo. La piscina non è nell'edificio come invece è indicato sulla prenotazione.

La camera era terribile,poco spaziosa,per 6 persone un solo gabinetto,il letto cigolava,il rubinetto della doccia era rotto,la porta della doccia era rotta e 2 filtri dell'aria erano rotti.

Fantastico una vacanza super!!!!

Nice stay. The apartment for 8 people was renovated, clean, and comfortable.

There were 5 of us; with 8 people, the apartment would have been much too small.

(Except for the view, but I hadn't specified that I wanted a mountain view.) The pool was clean and nearby.

Great stay, however, the reception staff were appalling. Furthermore, the "easy holiday pass" wristbands had to be replaced because they were fraying. They frayed again after just two days. Go back to the card system like for the "ascension pass"!

It ruined part of our stay! Being refused entry to the pool and having to go to Val Thorens and waste a morning at Sogevab for absolutely nothing! We could have done without that, especially in a "premium" residence with increasingly poor service.
