Il residence è molto bello e fornito di tutti icomforts. Il personale è gentile e disponibile anche se nessuno parla italiano. Noi ce la siamo cavata con l'inglese. Lo.consiglio a chi ha bambini ma anche ad una coppia che vuole stare in tranquillità.
Unica cosa negativa è che sul sito di Airbnb non è specificato il nome del residence e di conseguenza trovare la struttura non è stato semplice. Consiglio quindi di ricercare personalmente, prima di partire, il nome preciso del residence.

A very pleasant residence, a very warm welcome, and a professional and friendly staff. The apartment was comfortable and very clean.
The only downside was the near-zero soundproofing from the apartment above. We were on the first floor... given the prestige of the place, it's a real shame.

I filed a complaint after my belongings were left behind at their establishment, and I never received a response... Neither from reception nor customer service...
