We booked in the residence from September 1st to 3rd inclusive. A week before our arrival, someone from reception called me to see if I had any questions: in this case yes, about whether the wellness area was open; his answer was yes except the hamam!
When we arrived on Friday evening we took possession of the keys and asked again if the wellness area was open but the receptionist remained very evasive.
On Sunday morning since departure was scheduled for 11 a.m. we headed to the reception and there: closed re-opening on December 16! The services sold were absolutely not available as indicated and invoiced!
Following numerous calls we had the director who told us I will take care of your case Monday 4. Since then no news radio silence. Simply unprofessional and not acceptable for a group that defends customer satisfaction!

Environment and residence at the top, but very disappointing stay despite everything.
On the weekend for two nights alone with my two daughters aged 5 and 7, although in summer it was 10°C outside, a rainstorm, and no hot water in the apartment for half the stay. The heaters didn't work, not even the towel dryer. No emergency number in the evening for these technical problems and the next day at the reception I was told that I was not the only one and that I had only to wait. Hot water finally came in the evening.
This is only a brief summary because before publishing a post I first wrote to the booking site and to Pierre & Vacances to share my misadventures in detail (because there were other inconveniences) but my stay was already 10 days ago and apparently no one bothers to answer me.
It's a shame because the whole structure is superb, the rooms well designed and clean, the location perfect. But the feeling of having been really very badly received...

In my opinion, in the part of Méribel that has the most charm, away from the busiest places, a very friendly team, comfortable apartments with a typical mountain decor and with a beautiful view if you choose well on the photos ( we took a 7p), a pleasant swimming pool.

I find it a pity that there are no potholders for the oven, that the swimming pool is closed between noon and 3 p.m., and that we have to take care of removing all the sheets, I understand the interest of course but we are on vacation and it is not to do what we do all year round!

Welcome and staff including the maintenance technician at the top!

Accustomed to stone residences and premium holidays, we regret the view of our badly placed apartment with the passage of people and no vision of the sky. Second bedroom quite small with a trundle bed instead of a standard one.

For activities, everything is around 10 minutes away by car. The residence is there to rest with a nice swimming pool and spa.
