Great location, very very bad management

Unfortunately, we booked this hotel, and it ruined our vacation. Immediately after completing the reservation and paying for it, when it had said there is no option for cancellations, we received an email from the hosts saying that the stay does not include bed linen and towels and if we would like to add one or/and the other there is an additional fee. When we arrived at the hotel, we realized that this apartment building combines several different hosts. There was no wireless internet, and the hotel did not have a spa of its own, as suggested in the photos and from its name (they claim it was under renovation and don’t have all the information about it since it does not belong to them). So the main reason we booked the hotel was because of the spa we thought existed there. Unfortunately, after the disappointment of not having a spa within the residence, we could not find a spa in town that could accommodate us for a fee, and we had to drive to the nearest town - Les Moniers. When we asked the hosts to help us find an alternative to the situation, they disclaimed responsibility and said the spa was not related to them and did not include the spa when putting a price on the stay. Although the name they publish is explicitly Residence & Spa Le Machu Picchu, as stated before, this is how the understanding emerges from their name and photos on all sales websites. In addition to the room, there was dirt of the tenants that were in the room before us, bins full of garbage, packages of used contact lenses, heating bags that had already hardened from the time they were used, wipes and toilet paper under the mattresses, used corona (COVID-19) masks, and cigarette filters on the balcony… In addition, the place has no organized reception or physical, personal contact. You can only communicate via phone or email, making things more difficult. For example, when trying to approach them and complain about the situation, we were directed to do so in front of hotels.com. It was so bad at some point that we left the place two days before what we had planned.

Perfect situated . Rooms are a bit small bit clean , warm, everything you need.. right on the piste and 5min walk from the Irish pub!!

Please pay me back my money! These guys are just not refunding my cancelation even that I did it through booking - just unacceptable.

Even though it's close the room is tiny, the spa costs 10€ per day per person - wasn't mentioned before booking. And the worst part is the service was terrible and unfair to the clients
