Came here for a lovely few days of skiing only to be met at the end with the worst service. We had to take our ski gear back and asked if they could hold onto our bags as check out was 10 and they made us go back and forth between the buildings and one lady (she wouldn’t say her name) was angry and vile. She rushed us out or threatened to lock our stuff in. Then she saw we had a lot of stuff and refused to help us by giving us a hand by taking the keys (even though she was already heading to reception). Fun place to stay with friends but felt very hated on and the attitude of this lady was awful. Maybe check your staff and how they are treating guests as this could’ve been avoided!

***Reservation Canceled Last Minute, Then Ghosted***

I booked a week-long ski trip at Résidence Le Tikal – Pierre & Vacances and had a confirmed reservation. Days before arrival, they canceled it due to “overbooking.” That’s already bad enough — but it gets worse.

They offered a clearly inferior replacement for the same price. When I refused, they stopped responding entirely.

Canceling a confirmed booking last-minute is unacceptable. Ignoring a guest afterward is unprofessional. If you value reliability, don’t trust your trip to this property.

Arrived at 3pm, room wasn't ready i was told 5pm for the room to be ready bit still sat waiting at 7pm and counting! Its carnage in reception with more and more people waiting for rooms and no place to store luggage. Overall there was no explanation or help from staff! Truly awful service!

Arriving at 3pm and still waiting at 7pm, with no clear explanation or assistance, is far below the level of service we aim to provide.

We also understand how frustrating it must have been to have no place to store your luggage and to experience such a crowded and disorganised reception area. Your comments highlight important areas where we need to improve both our organisation and guest care.

Good location and excellent room size for just the two of us. Ski-in ski-out very useful and the half board meal offering was excellent. Only let down by somewhat chaotic check-in at 5pm
