This has to be the WORSE WORSE WORSE place I've have ever stayed!!!!!!! First of all they never answer their phone, I couldn't find the apartment no receptionist for help, FYI the numbers of the apartments are off, I finally found the apartment got in NO TOILET PAPER NO TOWELS NO SHAMPOO NO SOAP so i called the next day, finally they answered they said I have too request it and there's a charge so I did request it, told him I need it today, I used my clothes as a towel to dry myself SMH. left and came back to the apartment nothing NO TOWELS NO TOILET PAPER Etc..... I called no answer. so I went and bought what I needed very upset! This isn't the WORSE PART checkout day he email me wanting me to CLEAN THE ROOM BEFORE I LEFT I have attached the email to show all of you the PROOF read it yourself, so I called he wanted me to vacuum and throw anyway the trash put the dishes up Etc.... VERY RUDE!!!!! so I did. I asked for a FULL REFUND and he said no, he said he never told me to clean the room, as you can see in bright as day in the email he told me too CLEAN THE ROOM before I left. long story short do not stay here I would have given it a negative 10!!!!!!!!

Excellent location and friendly service. Everything was great, although the Wi-Fi could be faster, which is noticeable given the weak mobile signal in the room. Nevertheless, it was sufficient for basic tasks. Overall, a very positive stay.

Amazing location. Walking distance to most of our requirement, Ski lift is just across the road. So as bus stop. Reception staff (Robbie) was very helpful. Also he speaks very good English.

Great location for skiing. Close to the lifts and bus to other areas of resort. At the foot of the easiest descent into the village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect location, carpark is underneath, shops just outside and gondola 30 seconds away ??
