I didn't stay overnight, but the aperitif on the terrace was truly superb!
The idea of opening the terrace to non-hotel guests is excellent.

I really liked my stay here! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the view was amazing and I loved the breakfast (even as a vegetarian)
The only annoying thing was that the bathroom is with a see through glass, not only the shower but als the toilet door which can not be closed properly
But really good hotel, especially it being in front of the sea (one walks 30 seconds)

Short and perfect vacation

Nos encanta que se haya tomado el tiempo de escribir sobre su estancia.

The rooms were very, very, very small, the food had very little variety, the staff were great, and check-in was 1 hour later than booked.

Shouting and noise. The hallway smells suspiciously like a certain recreational facility, although I think that's due to the carpeting. It has a prime beachfront location with an opportunistic convenience store downstairs. The food is good, although the meal times are absurd (it's clearly geared more towards a large British clientele). The rooms are small but adequate for a 3-star hotel. However, it doesn't offer good value for money. Very expensive.

The staff are generally pleasant, except for the dinner maître d'.

I don't recommend it because the walls are paper-thin and you can hear people shouting, in addition to the poor treatment from some of the managers and what I've already mentioned about the price. But if they improved those aspects, it would be a great hotel.

Nos alegra saber que nuestra proximidad a la playa haya resultado conveniente durante su estancia y que nuestro equipo, en términos generales, le haya dejado una impresión favorable.

Sin embargo, lamentamos sinceramente que algunos aspectos de su experiencia no hayan estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Nuestro objetivo siempre es ofrecer un descanso agradable, y tomamos nota de sus comentarios sobre el ambiente en los pasillos, el tamaño de las habitaciones, la calidad del descanso y los horarios del restaurante. Del mismo modo, valoramos su mención sobre la atención en la cena, así como su percepción respecto a la relación entre calidad y precio. Sus observaciones serán compartidas con los departamentos correspondientes, ya que nos ayudan a identificar oportunidades para seguir mejorando.

Finalmente, nos alegra que la variedad y el sabor de los platos hayan sido de su agrado. La ubicación en primera línea de mar y la cercanía a comercios locales buscamos que complementen la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes durante su visita a Fuengirola.
