The house it self is worn down. Old stained carpets in the corridors and stairs. The ski storage is cramped and very basic. On the plus side some of the appartments can be very nice. The appartment we are renting is very nice but it is difficult to keep warm.
Terribly underequipped. Greasy and dirty dishes, glasses, closets, floors, beds.. Black layer of dust in many parts of the room. Leaking dishwasher and bathtub (shower). Nothing included, no dish-brush, no soap, no paper. No equipment to clean the room. The staff were terribly rude and the reception were racist towards foreigners, making up rules and claiming we had accepted them by signing the contract that clearly did not state any of that. The space for storing the skis was awfully cramped and no methods of heating were available.
Nice view of the mountain but that's about it. Very cramped with 5 people living in a 6 person room, very thin walls and floors, if you have the slightest of noisy neighbours you will hear everything! Not much sleep at all. Basic kitchen good enough to make good meals
