Beautiful modern homes with private pool, Wifi, air conditioning, TV and walking distance to the beach! Thanks for having us, we loved it!

The place is really very picturesque, but unfortunately I will give my opinion as an employee who knows every corner of the residence. I may post photos and videos here that absolutely corroborate everything I'm about to say, in order to alert other colleagues seeking employment at the station. The management is an absolute disaster. It is impossible to work in an organized manner, because the manager is a very aggressive, racist, manipulative person, and the accounts with her are never clear. She hires young, inexperienced people (although I'm not, because I'm older), all foreigners, so she can do and undo as she pleases. When you try to talk to her, she reacts aggressively (I have videos) and makes all sorts of denigrating comments. Many employees ended up suffering from psychological issues, stress, and anxiety due to this toxic environment. It must be taken into account that many come from distant countries, with a one-year visa, and that it is not easy for them to resign and return to their country. We never had the opportunity to speak to the owner, we don't know if he is aware of the situation or not. This is the first time I have had to leave such a negative review on a residence, but believe me, the situation justifies it.

On the other hand, the villas are far from five stars when it comes to furniture, bedding and amenities. Due to the ridiculous demands made on the small number of staff, it is impossible to properly maintain the rooms: 7 staff for over 120 apartments.

Besides, the person you see greeting you with a smile is the same person who then makes derogatory comments on WhatsApp about tourists, especially if they are Italian ("Italians don't spend their money here!?") . I would add that this lady can afford this, because she benefits from the support of a few (very "peculiar") henchmen, desperate to stay in Europe, who do everything she asks of them, including recruiting people in the name of the company. Deplorable.

Positive points: the surroundings are very pleasant, like the whole region, and it is close to the beaches. She pays on time, but at the end of the season, she tries to deduct hours that she herself prevents you from working according to the weekly schedules she establishes, in order to pay less. A real mess. We had to go to the labor inspectorate.

The place would be spectacular with proper management! ?‍♀️
