If you are 3 adults. Get a 4 person room 100%. We booked 3 x 4 person rooms for 9 adults and it was perfect. Rooms were lovely and clean. Nice balconies. The staff at the reception were lovely but there are a few things to note before staying. This place is a hotel but you can treat it more like a spruces up apartment building with a reception. You are expected to meticulously clean your room before leaving. The staff give you a cleaning kit to do this and you also pay a €400 deposit for each room. This is kind of annoying. Also they only give you one bin bag and refuse to give any more and direct you to the shop. This is the same with toilet roll. Also reception can be closed at inconvenient times.

However. If you’re a group looking for a somewhere affordable, clean, close to the slopes. This really is a good spot. And I would be tempted to come back. But booking the bigger room is non negotiable

Room, for four people for a week you're on top of each other. It was just 2 of us so ok. Well equipped kitchen, 2 hot plates but no oven. Good little cleaning kit given on arrival, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, cloth etc
Service, ski locker and even small swim pool. Didn't find sauna but supposed to be there somewhere!
Location, 6 min walk up road in your boots to chair lifts/funicular.
Helpful reception.
We arrived at 0300 and had the wrong entry code number, telephoned the number on door, they answered and gave me correct code ?

DO NOT STAY HERE. I couldn't travel due to a head injury. The Reception ignored all messages about cancellation. Then, at the end of the week, knowing FULL WELL I haven't travelled, send a message asking me if I've had a good time and to pay tourist tax. Rude and unacceptable. We stayed here before, and thought we'd try again on a last minute trip but given how they have treated me with a serious injury, and their request to pay tourist tax knowing we werent even staying and were in hospital, we will never ever ever return. It's mediocre at best- very cold, dilapidated rooms, noisy, hard beds and a bus ride away from the bottom of the slopes. Avoid at all costs.

Lovely place. Staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough to make our stay excellent. Apartment was small and basic, but excellent value for money. Great location. Receptionist was lovely!
