It is a real shame because the resort itself is very beautiful and the pool with the wild water rapids is great. However, the room is a huge disappointment – even by French standards.
Hygiene is nowhere to be found. Keep your slippers on because the floor is filthy.
The supposedly clean towels are stained. The edges of the bathtub are covered in mold.
The kitchen is tiny. The cutlery drawer is just placed inside a wardrobe, and the tableware is stored in the TV cabinet. The glasses are broken.
There are two fans, but they are covered in dust – so there is no fresh air to speak of.
The rest of the room also makes a very neglected impression. A dirty brown goo is dripping from several doorframes – no idea what it is. There is a large crack in the ceiling.
The curtains are full of filthy, unidentifiable stains that look suspiciously like mold. The lamps are dirty, and the walls still have remnants of smashed flies and bugs.
The outdoor maintenance is just as disappointing. The plaster is coming down, and the walls are filthy.
You have to dry your swimwear and towels on a rotten drying rack surrounded by old cobwebs. The place is swarming with flies, so eating outside is not an option, and keeping the door open isn't either. The patio set is filthy and also covered in old cobwebs.
In short: This is not a place where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Because of this, we only stayed for 1 night instead of the 4 nights we originally booked. The state of the room and the lack of maintenance heavily impacted our experience.
Do not fall for the online photos – this accommodation is absolutely not recommended.
No air conditioning in the apartment, but there were two electric fans; felt just like the Middle East. Evening meal was ok, but service was not very attentive. Good breakfast (self service)
