Rooms are basic and as expected but customer service is excellent!
Whats included in the room is cutlery, knives, utensils, two saucepans, frying pan, small pack of washing up liquid and shower gels, hand towels and bath towels.
Very simple check in and check out.
I left a watch in the room and from the UK I emailed them and they quickly found the watch and advised on the best method to send it back, which was by sending a pre-paid envoplope for them to then send the watch back in. I received the watch back after a few weeks, very pleased with the service.

They wanted to let us pay for something we didnt do to keep the deposit

The apartment was a good size and the reception team were very welcoming and helpful. The weather was rubbish but we can't blame you for that! :-)
