We didn't stay there but we had an emergency in the morning where our camping stove broke.

The receptionist was very kind and gave us hot water and a place to sit and eat our breakfast.

Very good apartments, well equipped and with comfortable parking.

The beds aren’t really comfy and you are quite far from the ski stations (you need to go by car)

Great place to stay. I was stuck in the snow in this area, but this hotel is at the perfect place for a good rest. The staff is helpful and also there is a market and restaurant next to the hotel. The room was very well heated even as outside conditions were -6 Deg. C.

Decent enough rooms but not very clean. Stains on the walls. Our 2 person bedroom was actually a one person bedroom with a second bed crammed in. The average campervan has a more accesible bed. The bed fits exactly between 3 walls so the only way to get in was to climb over eachother.

Older bathroom. Bath without a plug so could only be used as a shower. at that point... just give us a shower. The waterpressure was great but the showerhead old timey and small. Could use an upgrade.

Parking was Drama. impossible to find decent parking nearby.

I want to warn everyone‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
I was hoping and counting on their decency and expecting a full refund of my money. They know 200% that they are wrong, that they cheated and did not give me a room with 4 beds, so they do not care about the reputation of their hotel - it was easier for them to kick us out and lie than to find out and solve this issue. They didn't give me my money back and they didn't care about their guests, not even valuing their reputation and negative reviews - I didn't think my 620€ was worth it. Although I didn't live in their hotel and had every legal right to get my money back for the service they didn't provide me. Sorry for the wasted nerves and days of figuring out my vacation.
People do not fall for it - Pierre & Vacances Andorra is a network of cheats and scammers!!!! They take money, and then it turns out they do not provide you with the apartments you ordered!!!!

‼️ I don't recommend this hotel ‼️
