Super clean duplex, south facing as requested. Very helpful reception service. For UK visitors, be aware no UK tv channel, at least one would be a benefit.

Room cleaning service didn't come and ask one time for any need during our stay for one week. They enter the rooms only after check out.
Rooms are narrow and small. Saloon is small but when you convert the sofa to bed then there is no space for anyone.

Place of tv is absurd, you can't watch tv by eating something. You think you can!!! Then try it 20 mins and feel the pain in your neck then you will understand. I agree with you, it's better not to watch anything.

Kitchen is somehow fine. Refrigerator was working good and dishwasher is a bit old model but cleaning very well. They gave cleaning products, thanks but not enough.
They also place the vacuum cleaner and other sweeping stuff for us to clean their room!!! Joking a bit! But there was a vacuum cleaner inside the wardrobe.

Bathroom had enough space but I prefer bigger rooms and very small bathroom.

Closed pool was smelling chlorine in the mornings. Pool vacuuming system or another thing I don't know but, pool was being very dirty after 3 hours because of the hairs, dirts and some guests were avoiding to touch the cleaning water that was in the entry of the pool.
Open pool was really cold when the weather is 17 degree, it was empty most of the time. Both of the pools are small size according to the size of this establishment. If they built bigger rooms, because they have anough space for bigger houses, it was going to be a great plus.

Reception is always very-welcoming. I appreciate their ambition and speed.

Hotel management is not my occupation but let us talk about the facts, if you give bad located and small rooms to your first-time guests who bought their tickets by promotion, then you must consider they will not come again. Like us!!!

Even there is no promotion but great prices, this place is not suitable for our standards. Therefore, we will not visit again this place. i don't recommend you to stay here despite all the positive comments.
Because why, if there is a bug in your soup, it destroys your meal. Small details can be very bothering, think twice!!!
Possibly everyone is telling, we had a great vacation because they didn't think about the details. They didn't think like someone who have engineering, teaching, guiding and solution-oriented mindset.
You can keep ignoring the facts but when you ignored they don't change.
