Amazing area to base your stay in Normandy. Nearby (short drive) are numerous groceries and restaurants to cover your food needs - plus, a food truck arrives to the property every evening for an easy dinner. I heard a bakery was on the property for breakfast, but it was under renovation when we were there so no experiences with it. The room is a bit dated with some minor wear and tear throughout which fixing could make a much nicer stay, but, honestly, the room is great and these issues are very minor and do not affect the stay. The only complaints really are the water temperature in the shower which can fluctuate between freezing and scalding at a moment's notice and without warning... not a fun experience for the kids! The pools (having an indoor one with heated water was an amazing option for those of us who live much further south and find Summer here [especially the water temperature] freezing!) were great and kept clean. The playground was nice but could use options for littler kids. The playground mainly consists of two slides - both of which require some skill at climbing to access which leaves the littler ones without options other than the nearby swings. Final complaint: the pillows they provide for the main bed are too big and hard - uncomfortable. But, the blue pillows they provided for our kids were amazing! Overall, fantastic place - would stay again!

Absolutely unacceptable. We booked this property expecting a 4 star hotel, but the moment we saw the room we decided to leave immediately.
The room looked nothing like what you would expect from a 4 star property. It was outdated, poorly maintained and felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel. The beds looked cheap, the bedding was wrinkled, the furniture was basic and worn, and the overall atmosphere was depressing.
We didn’t even unpack our luggage because we knew within minutes that we couldn’t stay there. It was that disappointing.
Advertising this property as a 4 star hotel is extremely misleading. If this were presented as a basic budget accommodation, expectations would be different. For a 4 star hotel, this is simply unacceptable.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Horrible place! Never have I experienced such lack of service. When booking I had confirmed having two houses next to one another. When we arrived the houses were placed far from each other. Multiple times we requested a solution and everytime nothing happened. We ended up suggesting a compromise to all living in one house, and still there was a complete lack of understanding and service - and still no solution! On top of this the houses were dirty with cobwebs all over. We ordered cleaning, which was accepted, but again nothing happened. Very unprofessional place.

Very welcoming and suited our family's standards. Relaxing atmosphere and a convenient distance to attractions. Beautiful, relaxing surroundings. The pool area was excellent. A safe place.

Thoroughly relaxing holiday with all amenities leading to a stress free time. Staff especially Ryan at reception were very friendly and always willing to help. Accommodation well appointed with good views and very quiet at night with little light pollution so starry skies could be enjoyed. Location perfect for exploring the Normandy beaches and beyond.
