3 night stay

Pros
- Beautiful location with stunning views from the restaurant at breakfast and lunch
- Easy walking distance into town
- Breakfast and lunch staff were friendly and welcoming
- decent breakfast buffet

Cons
- Despite booking a junior suite, we were placed at the back of the property, off a noisy communal hallway - it truly was like an echo chamber. This was loud in the evening and from around 6am – we could hear other guests and staff clearly through the front door and walls. We had booked the room off the photos and description of the room having an outdoor terrace, but got a ground floor room with a dark and rather dirty patio. This was super disappointing. When asked if we could change rooms the staff offered us a much smaller room looking directly onto the internal pool, which again was quite loud.
- Shower had very poor pressure and inconsistent temperature (fluctuated between scalding and freezing)
- Hotel felt busy and crowded, with common sunbed hogging (didn’t bother us, but worth noting)
- didn’t find the reception staff overly friendly or accommodating, especially when we asked about our room
- Overall, a three-star experience – location feels more premium than the actual stay. If you want a resort feel, be careful when selecting your room location.

My wife and I had an incredible experience. Very delicious food, great service and beautiful sights.

Amazing hotel, one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had (and we’ve been around a few), 3 pools to choose from. Bus nearby that takes you to Mahon or saint luis in less than 20 minutes . Supermarkets around and few restaurants and bars, 2 sandy beaches in 15 minutes walk distance. Note : if you’re a smoker, get them in advance. Hotel wise, staff amazing, facilities awesome , great breakfast and 3 pools to choose from.
