We had a balcony with a fabulous view over the le plage du morgat. It made our stay. About 15 minutes walk to the town across the beach. Dog ban in place April to September though.
The complex here is a bit older and it very much depends on which block you live in. I know Block A and C. Block A is quiet, with a view over the pool to the sea. Block C also has a sea view, but looks directly onto the hotel next door and that is very noisy. You can hear a fan all day long, I assume from the kitchen. Then you can also hear the street and at night guests at a disco bawling loudly. In the apartments themselves, small renovations are needed in every nook and cranny. There is a swollen worktop in the kitchen because there are no draining facilities, the coating on a cupboard is peeling off and so on. The kitchens are extremely impractical, there is basically no work surface. In block C it smells damp and slightly musty.
The location of the complex right on the beach is of course great, which is why I give Block A 4 stars and Block C 3 stars.
