Avoid at all costs
Horrible service and a complete deception!

What a massive disappointment this stay was. Upon arrival, it immediately became clear that the rooms looked absolutely nothing like what was shown online.
The beautiful pictures on the website turned out to be a total illusion.

To make matters worse, we were given entirely different rooms without any prior consultation. On top of that, these rooms were extremely small and cramped.

The entire property suffers from severe deferred maintenance but the state of the rooms was the absolute limit:

There was visible mold on the walls, which had even spread into the curtains.
The room smelled incredibly musty and was swarming with countless flies, making the entire experience completely unhygienic.

The absolute low point was the service.
When we went to complain about these unacceptable conditions, management casually told us that this was not a housekeeping problem and they were completely unwilling to offer any kind of solution.
They simply did not care.

Save yourself the money and the frustration. Avoid this place at all costs!

2nd visit in 4 years
A lot more maintaiance going on. Rooms still tried, but clean
Location is amazing and the staff were lovely. It was very quiet at this times of year, which is what I wanted
