We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that timely responses to amenities issues are key to a comfortable stay, and we regret the delay you experienced with the replacement of the kettle. Concerning the remotes for the TV and air conditioning, we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We also acknowledge your feedback on our food policy in the pool area and the pricing of beverages at our bars. Moreover, we take note of your comments regarding housekeeping services and would like to clarify that we provide weekly cleaning for longer stays and additional cleaning services may also be requested.
