Currently staying at the Pierre & Vacances residence in Santa Ponsa, Palma de Mallorca, our experience has been very mixed. The accommodation is spacious, which is appreciated, but several negative points spoiled our stay. The air conditioning is impossible to use properly: the outdoor unit is installed on the terrace, rendering it unusable due to extreme temperatures, which can reach 50 degrees Celsius. The reception was inconsistent; some staff members were friendly, others much less so. No cooking equipment is provided, even though the accommodation is advertised as an aparthotel. The hob malfunctioned, the hairdryer was out of order, and the provided coffee maker seemed very old and impractical. Overall, the stay was disappointing despite the residence's potential. We hope these points will be taken into account to improve the experience for future guests.

I will never return to this hotel! My experience at Pierre & Vacances Mallorca Deya was a complete disappointment and a waste of money.

From the very first moment, the service left much to be desired. The cleaning staff looked at us with annoyed expressions, as if the guests were a burden instead of people who should be treated with kindness and respect. Furthermore, the cleaning was very poor: they didn't clean properly and even took our towels away without leaving us with new ones, which was completely unacceptable.

The apartment was also unsuitable for a comfortable stay. There were very few pots and pans available for cooking, making it almost impossible to use the kitchen as it was supposed to be used.

The bathroom was one of the worst problems: it was broken and had a leak that ended up flooding the entire floor; it looked like a swimming pool inside the apartment. A very uncomfortable, unhygienic, and potentially dangerous situation that demonstrates the lack of maintenance of the place.

The terrace was also a huge disappointment. The heat coming from the air conditioning system or the outdoor unit was unbearable; You'd literally start sweating after just two seconds outside. Plus, the terrace light never turned off, making it impossible to comfortably enjoy the space, especially at night.

For the price we paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place, but instead we received terrible service, dilapidated facilities, and a very unpleasant experience.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. There are much better options where guests are treated with respect and where the quality of the stay is genuinely valued.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it works somehow. Out of the way because parking nearby is difficult.
The service at reception is adequate; it's fine, nothing special. They offer a luggage storage room, but it's a shared room for anyone who wants to use it, so it's best to have padlocks handy.
