Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback about your two-week stay at the Helio Hotel Pierre & Vacances. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the convenient location near the sea, the family-friendly amenities like the swimming pool and tennis courts, and the air-conditioned flats.
However, we’re deeply sorry to learn about the disappointing aspects of your experience, particularly regarding the service. The refusal to allow a late checkout, despite it being outlined in the guidelines, and the dismissive behavior of the staff member at the service desk are unacceptable. We understand how frustrating and disrespectful this must have felt, and we sincerely apologize for the poor customer service you encountered.
While we’re pleased that some of your maintenance requests, such as replacing the broken light bulb, plug, and toaster, were addressed promptly, it’s disappointing to hear that the fallen heating unit was never reassembled. This lack of follow-through is not the standard of service we aim to provide.
