The price of the room is excessively high for the conditions it offers.
Close to the beach, located on the edge of the port of Saint Laurent du Var.
The beach with stones and a steep entrance to the sea.
The bus station is close, the airport 3 km away, quite far from the train station.
There are no terraces and no restaurant where you can eat.
Supermarket very far.
You have to go to the nearest at Cagnes sur mer to find terraces, supermarkets and shops.
The staff at the reception are very kind, the reception is only open after a certain schedule, if you arrive earlier outside the schedule, there is no one there to help you or check in earlier.
The rooms are quite outdated, the rooms are not cleaned at all during the stay, no one picks up the trash, you have to take it out yourself, there are no bathroom products and no toilet paper, no hair dryer.
I found the toilet dirty, the bathroom and the windows the same, I don't know how the cleaning is done before the next tourists come, it's clear that everything is done superficially.
A hood would have been necessary in the kitchen, otherwise there is all the equipment you need.
There are two bathrooms, but poorly thought out, one with a bathtub and sinks but no toilet, and the toilet is separate without a sink.
The interior of the hotel looks terrible, the walls are dirty, it needs major repairs.
Parking, swimming pool, tennis court and ping pong.
I would definitely not come back here!!

Apart from being very close to the beach the train station is 25mins away, the room smells cigarettes because there’s no vent shutters so if your neighbours smoke you end up smoking too, cooker doesn’t work same for some sockets and lights, furniture is falling apart. At the end is is barely 2 stars I’m giving the extra one because the AC works.

Our stay at Pierre residences was very nice. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. There was ample parking, and located very close to everything. Amazing restaurants and bars were a very short walk away. All the rooms had kitchens so you can cook for a family. The pool was very large and the tennis courts were kept very clean. This is a great place to stay, and I took my morning walks along the water. Great time had by all.

Rooms and lovation is good, but some places we were passing as like in appocalyptic movies.
