Before booking make sure you book heliotel and not residence as only hotel guests can use all the amenities in the hotel area such as tennis court/table or baggage storage. Swimming pool closes at 8pm and the area and back garden is closed at 8 so you can't enjoy your evenings outside. Wifi codes for residence and hotel guests are different. The staff doesn't speak english - none of them (besides one reception guy). Balconies are really big and nice. Swimming pool is big and clean. Very close to the beach (not sandy). There is Only one vending machine where you can buy drinks. No restaurants available in the hotel

Room/appartment was well organized, spacious and clean, the team at reception very helpful and smiling.
Access and car park fully secure.
We were here for a 2 weeks stay while we were moving from Cagnes Sur Mer to Mougins and we felt really good in this temporary home. Place is pleasant and quiet (we were lucky to be facing the back yard, so not so much in the sun, and therefore not too hot during the heat wave) and my daughter could work on her french exam as if she was at home.
I would recommend the place for vacation as it is ideally located on the sea front and closeby at walking distance from restaurants/bars/pubs on the Saint Laurent du Var harbour.

One of the worst hotels to stay in, charged for toilet paper, charged €70 after replacement key + tourist tax, avoid this place and stay closer to center of Nice
