We had a lovely week, people at the reception are lovely, location really good, flat was nice, and good value for money. Definitely recommended !

We spent 2 weeks here at the Helio Hotel Pierre Vacances.

It is very close to the sea - just across the road - suited for families with children, swimming pool, tennis courts at no additional cost.
The flats are air conditioned.

Unfortunately the service lacks customer orientation :
Though it should be possible according to their guidelines to stay in the room until the late afternoon for an additional cost of 50 Euros (and the room is available for the next party no earlier than 15:00 on the following day !!!) the elderly blond woman at the service desk refused to let us stay in the room.
She kept on cleaning her desk while we spoke to her - what an insulting behaviour is this ?

While our claim on our first day to replace the broken light bulb and the broken plug and toaster was carried out immediately, the service technician never returned to reassemble the fallen off heating which was lying on the floor when we arrived …

While we’re pleased that some of your maintenance requests, such as replacing the broken light bulb, plug, and toaster, were addressed promptly, it’s disappointing to hear that the fallen heating unit was never reassembled. This lack of follow-through is not the standard of service we aim to provide.

Excellent affordable stay, very close to beach with great pool and clean rooms. Not the strongest A/C. Very kind helpful people and very safe. Great beaches nearby but swim shoes a must. Bring bug spray. Great food nearby.
