Pleasant area with Beach and small villages
Liked · The apartment was big with 2 Bedrooms. First bedroom was having big comfy bed. Other bedroom is having bunk bed. There were two sofa bed not so comfortable but ok. Good kitchen with enough utensils. When we arrived, the reception was closed (around 9.00 pm) but the arriving instruction was shared with advance hence we did not have any issue. There was a security guard as well at that time. There are multiple entry gate for apartment and google shows the wrong one. There is one from main road and quite near to Bus stop 620. The CAP3000 Mall is very big and around 1.5 km from apartment and you can walk though the Beach area. A number of restaurants on beach line. On a sunny day you can walk towards Cagnes Sur Mar. Nice and sweet road shops. Cros De Cagnes train station is not very far (1.5 km by walk). There are tennis court, swimming pool and kids playing area. Good for long kids holiday.

Disliked · I will say that the location was quiet and not very near to shops and public transport. Any good shopping market is more than 1 km far. Also public transport is a small problem for example, to go Nice city center or airport, you will need to change two bus. There is no direct connectivity until you walk more that 1.5 km. If you have your own Car, I think it is better.

Tired building but rooms were bright and clean. The location is outstanding. Just across from the beach and close to transportation.

Appartments are marketed by several different companies . Depending on who you book through your will have from 3 to 5 stars so always read reviews

Do bring your shower gel, toilet rolls and kitchen rools if you are planning to stay for week or longer. They don't provide shower gel or shampoo, only 1 toilet roll given and once finished bring your own. No kitchen towels provided, Need to apply your bedsheet on bed and make your bed prepare, put pillow cover and duvet cover.

The apartments were clean, and everything was as expected. We stayed in room 125, which had a really big corner balcony. Our room was ready earlier than the check-in time, so we were allowed to check in several hours early. The staff was very helpful at all times: when we requested a cut board, they provided it immediately. After we reported an issue with the air conditioner in our room, it was resolved the same day (they provided us with a portable AC the same day as a workaround). Many thanks to Silvia and another young lady working at the reception (a pretty girl who gave me some advice on the windshield stickers required on the car and who willingly printed a small document for me when I asked for advice about the copy center nearby). You are amazing and make us want to come back to this place again!
