Because it looks very nice but the Management it questionable. We booked it but it was overbooked, they offered us multiple other and ended up with a more expensive hotel 11 minutes away - kind of disapointing one. Glad that we are only two nights here.
We stayed here in October and found the place to be lovely and clean. The staff are also very kind and helpful. All in All we recommend this place to stay.
