The pros:
The welcome, the location, the swimming pool (even though it wasn't used due to the season), access to small beaches, the parking, the two bathrooms in the 6-person accommodation, and the availability of a thalassotherapy center.

The cons:
Even though the view was nice, the "sea view" wasn't really a sea view from the accommodation; you could only glimpse a small part of it through the vegetation. The cleanliness of the accommodation left much to be desired... dog hair in a bed that was changed after our request, but there was still hair in the linens... ants in the bunk room, and the bedding was too soft and worn out.

Very pleasant, clean complex with fantastic sea and pool views. Perfect for those seeking peace and quiet in a relaxed setting.

Four Stars on Paper, Two Stars in the Rooms – Very Disappointing

This property is advertised as four-star accommodation, but the reality is very far from anything resembling a four-star experience.

The entire complex feels extremely outdated, tired and poorly maintained. The rooms are ridiculously cramped, with narrow corridors and dated interiors. Frankly, some ferry cabins offer more space and comfort.

The décor looks as though it belongs in another decade. Walls, corners, finishes and fittings are visibly worn, and there is very little sense of proper maintenance or attention to detail.

The flooring is particularly unpleasant. Tiles everywhere, with filthy, discoloured grout that makes the accommodation look more like an old outdoor kitchen than a supposedly luxurious holiday property. We were told by reception that the accommodation had been refurbished five years ago, which is genuinely difficult to believe. Even basic cleaning and maintenance would make a noticeable difference.

We booked five nights, including breakfast, but after the first night we were so disappointed that we asked to cancel the remaining four nights and receive a refund for the unused accommodation and breakfasts.

Management refused our refund request and offered only a credit towards another stay. This was completely unacceptable. Why would anyone want credit to return to a property where they have already had such a disappointing experience?

As a result, we effectively had no reasonable choice but to stay because we had already paid. Rather than addressing our dissatisfaction fairly, management preferred to retain our money and offer a credit we had absolutely no intention of using.

The receptionist was polite and helpful, but clearly the problem lies with the management and its inflexible attitude towards customer satisfaction.

Four-star accommodation should offer a certain standard of comfort, cleanliness, presentation and customer service. Unfortunately, this property falls well short on every count.

An outdated property with equally outdated management.

Very disappointing, and certainly not somewhere we would recommend or return to.
