My only complaint is about the elevators; it's a huge waste of time waiting and you just pass by the floors.

We traveled as a family and the place is ideal. Very close to the beach (walking distance), as well as restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The apartment was furnished and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We were welcomed with a cleaning kit for the dishwasher, a dish sponge, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nuestro equipo pone todo su empeño en ofrecer un ambiente cómodo y práctico, por eso nos encanta que haya encontrado el apartamento equipado con todo lo que necesitaba para una estancia agradable, incluyendo detalles pensados para la cocina.

Nuestro personal se esfuerza cada día para que se sienta bienvenida desde su llegada. Es estupendo que la proximidad a la playa, comercios y servicios haya sido ventajosa para sus planes. Procuramos que cada familia que nos visita disfrute de la ubicación y la comodidad de nuestro edificio.

Nos motiva especialmente que haya valorado tanto el kit de bienvenida y la atención de nuestro equipo durante su visita.

The hotel overall is nice. The view from the rooms is beautiful and well-appointed. It's in a good location.
€15 per day for parking, but it's difficult to find on the street.
The English of the reception isn't great.
The room was terribly clean. Dirty, crumbs everywhere, hair on the floor and floor. The sofa, armchair, and chairs were stained. I hope it's a coincidence.
The kitchen was poorly equipped, and there's a lot missing.
I expected to find some salt, sugar, oil, a minimum amount... etc., but nothing that would be useful for a few days. Not much for cleaning, not even a glass for toothbrushes. They charged us €15 per day for a miniature poodle that doesn't shed a hair, and on the third day, no one who had cleaned the room found it dirty. We cleaned it ourselves... unacceptable.
In short, we were not just a little, but truly disappointed.

We spent 2 weeks in this hotel.inside the rooms was ok although stains in the matress.s. rules around the pool was a joke once you had a sunbed if you left for half hour the pool guard would move them . No music no entertainment just silence around pool. No fun for little ones being told of for splashing its a pool what can be expected. Residents think think they own the place.we had to check out at 10 ti be told to pay for room till 2 when flight was 8.30pm so had to wait around with no shower room. Sorry but dnt think will ever return here. People skills are so bad from staff.only good thing we met a lovely family who too had a not so nice experience .

Just got back from a long weekend on a girls birthday trip, we arrived too early to check in so we sat round the pool, we did have to wait quite a while until we could go into our apartment however it was worth the wait.
The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, apartment was clean and spacious. There were always sunbeds available, a nice quiet hotel! Great location, shop next door and plenty all close by, a good half an hour walk to the marina but there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by also! I would definitely come back. Thank you ?
