We understand your frustration regarding the deposit process. The security deposit is a standard procedure detailed in our guest information, but banking delays mean the return can sometimes take longer than desired. Please contact us in order to send you the information you might need.
We also regret that you had difficulty reaching the reception to clarify your concerns. Our front desk operates daily, closing only for brief scheduled breaks, and we are committed to improving contact with our guests.
