No idea how reception works, the man is a clown. Held my passport for over 6 hours and then refused to give it back. What’s the point in handing over passports when the clown behind reception hasn’t a clue

Not the best hotel. Charges for a variety of things including not taking your rubbish to the bins up the street.

Excellent! Extra lovely staff, very helpful! Pierre and Vacances Apartments was really great! It is a very quiet and peaceful complex, no parties, so we had good night sleeps. Comfortable bed. Staff is really helpful and great people! I asked for an extra pillow and got a memory foam one, so I slept very well. We had sea view and pool view and it was nice to sit on the balcony, look at the sea, drink coffee, and read books, while having a bit of a sun tan. It was very warm on the balcony with the sun even in cold January. Loved it. Mercadona shop is very near, so it is very easy to bring food and cook in the apartments kitchen. Equipment is good, we had a cooker, big fridge, dish washing machine, washing machine with the dryer (!), so it is really easy to do laundry, there was a toaster, a coffee maker, all the dishes and cutlery. Loved it! Only 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk by the seaside, past cafes, reastaurant, small nice shops and wonderful seaviews to the marina that is world famous and a lovely place to walk around. But special thaks go to the staff of the hotel, the friendly people at the reception, who speak many languages, and are always very friendly, and of course the kind and friendly cleaning staff, and the technical staff of the hotel. Any questions or requests we had - it was immediately dealt with. Thank you!

We stayed here for 3 weeks over Christmas and new year and must say was so relaxing, the rooms are very well equipped and everything you need for longer stays, we would definitely recommend
