The apartments were not throughly cleaned. In the one bedroom, mold was found on the pillows. The bathroom was leaking, a foul smell filled the apartment. The front desk was called and they said they would send some to fix it, no one ever came. The leak must have been there awhile because when you step into the show it feels like the material under the shower is rotten. If it doesn't get fix someone is going to fall through the floor. Apartment needs a deep clean after each stay. Windows should be washed along with the floors. Couch cushions should be removed and washed if possible.

A wedding band was left for no more than one hour after we checked out.
Once we realized we called the front desk, they didn't answer. We showed up and asked if we could get the wedding band. The manager refused to allow us back into the apartment because the cleaner " cleaned the apartment". When we finally were allowed access to the room the ring was missing...
The only people that had access to the room after we locked it and checked out was the cleaner.
We asked for the ring to be returned no questions asked, we begged for the ring to be returned. The staff denied any involvement. It was beyond disappointing experience.

Also from check out to how the cleaner "cleaned" the apartment it only looked like the beds were made and the floor were swept. It did not smell like the floors were washed.

I booked a room and paid for it in advance. There was nobody at the reception to let me in at the time they told me I could get in and now I was stuck with nowhere to go. This company is a fraud.
