We are delighted that you found our reception area impressive and our staff helpful upon arrival. Your appreciation for the cleanliness of both the restaurant and your room during your stay is also valued.
That said, we sincerely regret that some elements of your accommodation did not meet your expectations, including the view of the reception roof and the condition of the headboard. We also take note of your feedback regarding the food temperature in the restaurant and the pricing at our bar, which we will review.

That said, we regret hearing housekeeping did not meet expectations in some aspects. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and assure you we hold our cleaning standards to the highest level. While we maintain 24-hour reception services to assist with mobility needs and activity bookings, we regret any communication breakdowns that occurred.
