We are delighted that you found the check-in/out process swift and that our reception staff were welcoming, contributing to a pleasant start and end to your stay. The satisfaction you expressed regarding our culinary offerings is equally encouraging, as we strive to provide fresh and diverse options in our buffet, which includes three cold buffets, three hot buffets, two fruit options, and one for dessert every day.
However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the high demand for sunbeds and the speed of the lifts during your stay. We understand that these experiences can impact your overall comfort, and we are continually looking for ways to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. We are also aware that our lift capacity may not meet everyone's expectations, and we will take this into account for future improvements.
Nonetheless, it is wonderful that you found our location convenient for a short stay, with our complimentary bus service and prompt taxi arrangements enhancing your mobility. We are also pleased to hear that the features of our hotel, such as air-conditioned spaces and bilingual staff, contributed positively to your stay.

However, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the hotel's location, while it offers stunning views, we understand that the distance from the beach can be challenging for some of our guests, and we appreciate your feedback on this matter. Concerning your experience with our reception staff, we strive to provide courteous and professional service, and it is disappointing to hear that we fell short of this commitment during your visit. We are currently reviewing our customer service training to enhance our guest interactions. As for the entertainment, we aim to offer a variety of activities that respect the local noise regulations and the comfort of all guests. We are delighted that you found the service fantastic and the room conditions to your satisfaction. Our team works diligently to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
However, we are concerned to hear about the issue with the black mold you mentioned. We take the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel very seriously and have protocols in place to address such matters promptly. We will ensure that this is investigated and addressed immediately.
Nonetheless, we are pleased that you appreciated the class of our balconies and the prime location of our hotel, which is conveniently situated close to beautiful beaches and local attractions.

We are pleased that you appreciated our complimentary bus service and the friendliness of our driver, who is indeed a great asset to our team.
However, we are truly sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand the importance of having a welcoming and accessible representative, we have information panels with Jet2 details in both the apartments and the hotel, and our representative is present almost daily.
Regarding the dissatisfaction with the entertainment and the interaction with our staff, we aim to provide a diverse cultural experience, and provide numerous daily animation for all nationalities, and all of our team speak English.
We are also sorry to hear about the unpleasant odor in your room, and we hope that the room change improved your experience.
