We've stayed in the hotels all over the world and we were really worried after reading the reviews and were considering cancelling. So glad we didn't. Rooms modern and clean. Staff were attentive. Pool clean and tidy with reasonable prices. Location was a bit out of the way and up a hill but still walking distance. We had a wonderful break in the sun and would visit again. Do not take notice of the bad reviews go and enjoy.

Lifts are a joke, very slow compact with no air conditioning.
Don't order food if you're only there for the week. Safes are in the lobby. The location of the hotel is not the best. The hotel has a mini bus into the main of Benidorm, which can also bring you back.

Nice hotel. Good value for money.
A fairway from the beach, however they have a mini bus to shuttle you to and from the beach free every 20 minutes.

Don’t feel this hotel should be a 4 star, room was ok, hotel was clean, pool was smaller than I thought, 10 minute walk to the beach very steep hills to walk back to hotel, all bar staff worked very hard and always polite, reception staff where rude and not helpful. Breakfast was pass able, but the dinners were disgusting. The little shop there was good a lovely guy runs it very helpful. If you want a shower before going home and you can’t book extra time in your room, you have to go to the indoor pool and the showers are open for everybody to see, the changing room had no lock on the door either. It was noisy in early hours when youngsters returned from town banging on doors and shouting top off their voices drank. I had also heard off a thief in the apartments took her euro money, so be aware .
