We regret to hear that the room size and amenities did not meet your expectations. While our bedrooms are designed for comfort, we understand that preferences may vary and we are committed to ensuring our guests have a pleasant stay with us. We note your comments regarding the air conditioning and sauna facilities and appreciate your feedback.
