not very clean and rude staff

Loved it! Needs a kettle in the room but apart from that. Free bus service into town until 830pm. A 15/20 min walk yo town or a €7 taxi Highly recommend the pina coladas!

Nice hotel, rooms cleaned daily! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and lots of choice. Good pool and plenty of sun loungers, pool bar serving food too.
Hotel was in a decent location, short walk away from the strip, beach, shops etc.
Only bad thing I'd say about our stay was the groups of pissed up idiots being disrespectful at daft o'clock in a morning! Love a drink myself and was out late more often than not, but idiots having parties in their rooms and shouting on balconies at 5am was annoying. Vast majority of guests were sound though!

Dump. Dirty rooms, unhelpful rude staff. The only saving grace is the room size. My friend was drugged, beaten and robbed and was hysterical in the reception of the hotel. Instead of trying to calm and help her the manager phoned the police and has us thrown out of the hotel. Police treated us like criminals instead of victims. Crime is so commonplace here it is scary. I would highly recommend that no one goes to this hotel or even Benidorm new town. Met many many people who this had happened to and their stories were all the same. No help from anyone. Disgusting way to treat the people paying for your livelihood

If you think a 55 year old woman who had been drugged, beaten and robbed, being hysterical, the fault is with you and your staff for handling a terrible situation terribly. We met many people in the hotel who had many complaints about you and your staff and how you always looked for a way to not return deposits. We should have charged you as we had to clean our room on arrival. We also left a fridge full of food and expensive alcohol that we should be compensated for, as well as returning our deposit. We will be taking this further. Disgraceful way to treat someone

This hotel is horrendous. We were staying in the apartments behind the hotel which was filthy, brown toilet and black on bath and shower glass door. The floors were filthy and we found a toenail. On day off 2 the maid asked if we wanted our sheets changed but we declined as we had only been sleeping on them one night, they never came back in 8 nights! The microwave was peeling and disgusting and dangerous. Unfortunately we went out to the Red Lion bar 2 on the strip where Iwe were drugged, then I was robbed and badly beaten. I lost around 8 hours and came to on the street at 9 in the morning. I immediately headed up hill to find my friend. I banged on our apartment door for a while then thought the worst, that she was unalived. I then went to reception notably hysterical and they called her and thankfully she answered. I was hysterical and kept saying that I had been drugged, beaten and robbed but instead of trying to help the manager and staff called the police and had us thrown out! The police were horrendous and treated me along with the hotel staff like a criminal! The police didn't take a statement and told us to go to the police station!
It took 3 days to get our medical and police reports where I had 2 different opioids in my system. We took this to the hotel on 11/09/25. The manager wasn't there so we spoke to a small bald man with a hole in his neck who was very nasty and wouldn't give me a receipt for my documents and an accompanying letter. He was laughing and shouting at us along with the other reception staff as we left with no refund, €200 deposit, €20 iron deposit and the 6 nights we paid that we didn't stay. I feel that this hotel is part of the underworld of Benidorm who are just out to rip you off with no care or concern for your welfare. I can't imagine our hotels or our police treating a visiting tourist like this.
Please do not book this hotel and do not let your children visit Benidorm and don't visit yourself. The police don't care, in fact they threatened me that if I was not telling the truth I'd be in trouble as I was sat there with a black eye and bruises all over my body. Treated like a criminal at 55 years old.
(Note, the manager response is disgusting and really backs up why noone should ever book this hotel!) Oh yes it was my own fault that I was drugged, beaten and robbed by gangsters and this is why this hotel is part of the underworld of Benidorm!
