We stayed just before Easter. Rooms not very clean. Food awful. Half facilities not open. We were on 4th floor. 3rd day- dog barking for hours on end. When we complained were told dogs only allowed on floors 1 & 2. Well clearly this was not the case. On our last night we were subject to loud music, very loud conversation and laughing from the next room. We complained but staff not interested. Other redidents were complaining too. The 3rd time we complained to reception. They asked the lads next door leave. It turns out there were 4 lads and 2 girls in the twin room having a party. They left but returned at 4.30 a.m. and continued to party. As we were checking out at 6. 30 a.m. we told reception again. They were not interested. Would never stay there again. Awful!

Regarding your dining experience, we typically receive positive feedback about our European buffet restaurant, and we regret that we fell short of expectations in this instance. Additionally, we are sorry for any inconvenience regarding the availability of some facilities during the off season. Our aim is always to provide all the services and amenities advertised and we apologise if we did not meet this goal during your visit. Moreover, we deeply regret the noise disturbance from the neighbouring rooms and that our response did not resolve the situation satisfactorily. We take such matters seriously and will be addressing this internally to ensure a more proactive approach in the future.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Nowhere Near 3 Stars

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. We arrived at 11:30 PM with my exhausted daughter, only to wait 45 minutes to check in—completely unacceptable at that hour. When we finally got to our room, we were hit with a foul smell, and it was clearly not cleaned properly. The bed linen was dirty, and I had to go down to reception to ask for replacements, which I had to put on myself as the receptionist was working alone. There wasn’t even proper bedding—just a bottom sheet on the beds!

To make matters worse, the shower and sink were both blocked. I went back to reception and waited another 30 minutes, only to be told there was nothing they could do until the maintenance team returned the next day. I was assured they’d come up first thing, but of course, that didn’t happen. I had to chase it up again the next morning. Eventually, we were moved to a new room, which was slightly better in terms of cleanliness, but unbelievably, the shower was also blocked in this one too. The room phone didn’t work, so I had to go back down to reception yet again and wait another 30 minutes to report it.

The issues didn’t stop there. Only one lift was working for most of our stay, causing long delays. People were smoking around the pool area, which is totally inappropriate, especially with children around. The swimming pool itself was freezing cold and unusable—we actually had to pay to use a nearby hotel’s pool because my daughter was so disappointed. The rooftop jacuzzi was out of service and apparently doesn’t work until June, despite being featured on their website.

Food was another huge letdown. Both breakfast and dinner were bland with very limited options, especially for children. I also waited 40 minutes just to ask for an iron, only to be told I needed to leave a £20 cash deposit—which I didn’t have. Since when does a 3-star hotel ask for a deposit for an iron?

They also falsely advertise their parking at £15 a night, when it’s actually £20—and you have to pay for the entire stay upfront, not per night. The TV remote was grimy, and I didn’t even want to touch it. There’s no family entertainment whatsoever, and the overall experience just didn’t match the slick images they use online.

All in all, this hotel is absolutely not worthy of its 3-star rating. I regret booking it and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—especially not families.

Hotel reminded me of a premier inn. Not a bad thing, the rooms were great. We got it for a good price and enjoyed our holiday. There were a couple of young groups but they didn't cause any trouble or make noise. We turned up too early but they let us get changed and use the pool while we waited. Cheap and cheerful hotel

Not near the beach and very hilly for older people

We understand that the hotel's location and the surrounding topography may have posed challenges during your stay, particularly regarding the distance to the beach and the hilly terrain. Our hotel is conveniently located just 300 meters from Llarga Beach and 650 meters from Llevant Beach, which is typically appreciated by our guests for its proximity. Nonetheless, we acknowledge that the natural landscape of the area may not be ideal for everyone, especially for those who find hilly terrain difficult to navigate.

Hotel room very clean, great shower and nice staff. Great location but If you want peace and quiet and a lie on in the morning this is not the place to go.
The walls must be made of paper. Noisest hotel I've ever been in. Breakfast not good either
