We’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times in as many years, so it shows we like the hotel however while sunbathing I needed to go to my hotel room, the swipe card would not work, not a problem it’s happened before and sorted in minutes, however when I went back down reception was packed with new arrivals waiting to book in.
The hotel needs a fast track approach to booking in, the receptionists are far too slow so expect a wait when you arrive, I spent less time getting from the airport than having my issue sort.
They need more staff on when large bookings arrived

Staff are so helpful and friendly. I had a great experience with Yassine and Juanma especially as they really went out of their way to fix a problem which I had. Great service.

We regularly come to salou several times a year. And have stayed here a few times. This time our room bathroom light was broken and didn't work so we needed to use phone torches. As well as the air con not working so it was like a sauna. We reported these problems and nothing was done even though it was promised maintenance would be out first thing in the morning. We also had items stolen off of our balcony by the room next to ours, they had leant over and taken items. And the hotel refused to do anything about it. The room next to us were also taking drugs all night and smashing things up, again refused to do anything about it. They then told us that they would look at CCTV to help but to come back when management is in. Then refused to do so when we returned to speak to said management.

If you value safety I would avoid this hotel as they only care about taking your money. And put ZERO effort into your safety or maintenance.

It's a fine hotel very clean .we went half board food very good plenty of choices to eat .take as much as you want. Staff very friendly. Will definitely go back

The wife and I came for a short break. Everything is very close to the hotel, we didn't find anything to much for us. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and lots of restaurants and bars are close by. Everyone was very accommodating and warm to us, Natalie and the chefs did a spectacular job every morning, thank you.
Yes I would recommend ?? and definitely would return.
