I want to highlight the excellent service I received from the receptionist. Her kindness, professionalism, and friendly manner made my experience at the hotel even better. I stayed during the October 12th holiday weekend. The hotel feels like it was heavily used during the summer and not very well maintained. The rooms are large but neglected and not very clean. My room, in particular, had large stains on the curtains, which are hard to see because they're dark, but they're there. Everything feels neglected. The daily room cleaning is adequate. The bar next to reception closes very early, so you can't go there for a drink after dinner. There are two jacuzzis on the rooftop. One wasn't working, and the other had cold water. They were unusable. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was excellent. There was a huge variety of options, very good, and only 10 euros.
