The best is the location. Next to the passeo, restaurants, boutiques, beach and the sea are easily accessible. Also 15 min walk to the train station, you can easily go visit tarragona or barcelona for day trip. Condo is very modest but everything is in order like hot water, wifi. There is little furniture to put your clothes in. I was alone so i could manage with the dining room chairs. I did book this unit through booking.com. Never again when bookin.com tells you go ahead book you wont be charged and youll pay at the resort. I was charged in CA$ with the conversion. . Plus i had loaded my prepaid card in Euros to cover for my stay. That was my 1st time through booking.com and it will be my last. Couldnt contact customer service either to fix this problem. The resort couldn't do anything about it either. Other than that my stay was just fine for 1 person. I don't know how 4 people could stay in this small unit.

I stayed here 4 nights. The staff in the reception is very friendly. The location is great. The only negative was that there is no aircondition. When I stayed her was it about 34 celsius.

Everything was great. The apartment is not so fresh and the sofa was a bit dirty. But still, for the price we paid - it was very well worth it. The appartments are roomy! Loved the balcony. Amazing seaside view! The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a very good option for big families. Recommend.

I’m appalled and disgusted at how I was treated last week when I had an apartment booked, an apartment I couldn’t access due to a number of failures on behalf of the staff here.

I advised in advance that I would be arriving outside of the reception opening hours (they close at 8pm) which they said wouldn’t be a problem and they would send me the codes to access the keys to the apartment. We even spoke on the phone the day before where they again confirmed this. No codes arrived. 2 hours before my arrival, I messaged again asking for the codes. No response.

I arrived at the apartment at 9pm where there is a 24 hour number to call, which nobody answers. Kind of defeats the purpose of a 24 hour contact number. 20 calls later with no answer I’m stuck outside the apartment with no way of contacting them or anyway of gaining access to the apartment. Thankfully I had booked with booking.com, who themselves tried and couldn’t contact the apartment, so they transferred me to a different hotel. I finally got to my room at 11.30pm, 2.5 hours after arriving.

Frankly, it’s disgraceful that I’ve not even had any acknowledgment or apology from the apartment about what happened and would never make a reservation with them in future. If you’re arriving out of hours, be warned. You’ll likely end up waiting on the street like I did in the hope someone might answer the phone. Avoid at all costs
