We stayed 9 nights at Cap Cassis.
Julia is exactly what you'd expect from a hostess: attentive, caring, kind, and very professional! We had terrible back pain due to the bedding, and she solved the problem by having a new mattress delivered. This made a huge difference and improved our nights, and therefore our entire stay in the South of France. Thank you to Julia, the hotel staff, and the manager—discreet but always available. A superb, safe, and quiet location with a terrace to enjoy nature—truly the South of France, where people are cool! The studio is very functional; the bed could be improved by changing the bedding and leaving it open.

Away from amenities, difficult locating food and beverages in the area.

The pros: The heated, shallow pool. The size of the accommodation and the well-equipped bathroom. The blackout curtains. Pleasant and helpful staff.

The cons: There was a lack of dishes (mugs, for example). I booked a baby kit for a duplex; I didn't receive a safety gate to prevent falls on the stairs (the bedrooms were downstairs and the living area was upstairs). The crib smelled of smoke. I also paid for the beds to be made. My baby's crib wasn't made, and there were no sheets for him.
We had a view of a boathouse. The neighbors moved furniture around at night, which was very noisy. There was no dining room for breakfast. And the reception hours were limited.

Overall, I found the accommodation very nice but not well-equipped enough, with a mediocre view. In my opinion, the price was too high for what was offered.

Ideally located residence with free secure parking and a very pleasant, large heated swimming pool.
The apartments are spacious and very clean.
I recommend it 100%.
