Contacted the customer service to inform them that I'm travelling with my 40kg, well-behaved dog. While waiting for a reply I continued researching their "pets allowed" policy and found no specific details regarding costs or conditions, so I went ahead and booked.

2 days later I received a generic email detailing several things that were not in the hotel's profile when I was looking for information:
1. They only allow dogs up to 25kg- in their policies it only says "Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable".
2. There is a deposit of 200 Euro that will be returned 7-14 days after inventory, although in the policies it says that "it is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property". This is basically a short-term loan for their gain. 3. The cancellation is free, but they will keep the 1 Euro they deducted to "test my card"- what kind of foolery is this? Luckily I took the more expensive rate to be able to cancel up until 2 days before checking in, but had I not choesen this I would have had the dilemma of not being able to take my dog with me, or cancelling and loosing the 100% of the money.
They never replied to my first email, nor the second one explaining the situation. This is a poorly vetted hotel, they should have all the information and conditions clear, visible in their profile to be checked before booking, not in some small-print hidden like a needle in a hay stack in the T&Cs.

A wonderfull hotel placed right in front of the the beach. Best terrasse we've seen in a while. The service is impeccable and the price are good. You gave us a wonderfull time Andreea. Thanks a lot. We look foward to ours next vacation with Pierre& vacances.

Hello,
Very quiet location, ideal for a relaxing vacation.
Concept of 8 apartments on the ground floor with a flower-filled terrace.
Spacious, comfortable, and clean apartment. Waterfront.
Restaurants nearby.
I sincerely thank the young woman at reception for her welcome and kindness.
I highly recommend this establishment.

We were there in May. The location is fantastic, right in front of the beach, where you can go with just your swimsuit and towel. The apartment's terrace is very nice, with lovely views. It's well-located. The apartment is decent. Things could be improved, such as the comfort of the mattresses, pillows, and bedding, especially the sofa bed, which is very uncomfortable to sit on or sleep on. It's very uncomfortable! The kitchen is adequate, the bathroom is decent, and Andrea, the person who assists you, is very friendly and charming. We are very happy with her service. The pool and the pool area are adequate, small but adequate. What we really miss is a sand-cleaner for when you return from the beach, so you don't have to go in with all the sand on your feet. It would be great to have one next to the beach access door or nearby, in the pool area, for example. We'll be back in June!
