Contacted the customer service to inform them that I'm travelling with my 40kg, well-behaved dog. While waiting for a reply I continued researching their "pets allowed" policy and found no specific details regarding costs or conditions, so I went ahead and booked.

2 days later I received a generic email detailing several things that were not in the hotel's profile when I was looking for information:
1. They only allow dogs up to 25kg- in their policies it only says "Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable".
2. There is a deposit of 200 Euro that will be returned 7-14 days after inventory, although in the policies it says that "it is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property". This is basically a short-term loan for their gain. 3. The cancellation is free, but they will keep the 1 Euro they deducted to "test my card"- what kind of foolery is this? Luckily I took the more expensive rate to be able to cancel up until 2 days before checking in, but had I not choesen this I would have had the dilemma of not being able to take my dog with me, or cancelling and loosing the 100% of the money.
They never replied to my first email, nor the second one explaining the situation. This is a poorly vetted hotel, they should have all the information and conditions clear, visible in their profile to be checked before booking, not in some small-print hidden like a needle in a hay stack in the T&Cs.

A wonderfull hotel placed right in front of the the beach. Best terrasse we've seen in a while. The service is impeccable and the price are good. You gave us a wonderfull time Andreea. Thanks a lot. We look foward to ours next vacation with Pierre& vacances.

There are no French channels contrary to what is announced in the description!
There is no dishwasher! Yes in 2024!
Parking costs €75 extra!
It is also not practical. The outside is crowded, few choices are available to you.
The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. You can feel the iron bar even for children.
The view is exceptional,
The receptionist is particularly kind and efficient.
The residence is quiet.
Few accommodations.
There is a small restaurant. Very good.
It’s a shame that the recurring negative points are not corrected; this would be perfect and worth the price.

Toutefois, nous sommes désolés que certains aspects de votre séjour n'aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous prenons note de vos remarques concernant l'absence de chaînes françaises et l'inconfort du canapé-lit, et nous allons examiner ces points avec attention. De plus, nous comprenons que les frais de stationnement et la praticité associée aient pu poser problème, bien que nous nous efforcions de maintenir un prix raisonnable et juste pour ce service. Enfin, nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous ayez manqué un lave-vaisselle dans l'appartement.
