Contacted the customer service to inform them that I'm travelling with my 40kg, well-behaved dog. While waiting for a reply I continued researching their "pets allowed" policy and found no specific details regarding costs or conditions, so I went ahead and booked.

2 days later I received a generic email detailing several things that were not in the hotel's profile when I was looking for information:
1. They only allow dogs up to 25kg- in their policies it only says "Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable".
2. There is a deposit of 200 Euro that will be returned 7-14 days after inventory, although in the policies it says that "it is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property". This is basically a short-term loan for their gain. 3. The cancellation is free, but they will keep the 1 Euro they deducted to "test my card"- what kind of foolery is this? Luckily I took the more expensive rate to be able to cancel up until 2 days before checking in, but had I not choesen this I would have had the dilemma of not being able to take my dog with me, or cancelling and loosing the 100% of the money.
They never replied to my first email, nor the second one explaining the situation. This is a poorly vetted hotel, they should have all the information and conditions clear, visible in their profile to be checked before booking, not in some small-print hidden like a needle in a hay stack in the T&Cs.

A wonderfull hotel placed right in front of the the beach. Best terrasse we've seen in a while. The service is impeccable and the price are good. You gave us a wonderfull time Andreea. Thanks a lot. We look foward to ours next vacation with Pierre& vacances.

The location is excellent, although I didn't go inside the hotel. I only saw it from the outside. And the cafeteria staff is quite friendly.
