A very pleasant stay in a lovely residence!

Note: the kitchenette sink is not very practical!

Plenty of storage space!

Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the hotel because our car broke down badly on the way there, and we were unable to repair it for an entire week.

We contacted the hotel several times using all the phone numbers provided to us. Unfortunately, we were simply passed from one phone number to another, and in the end, nobody took responsibility for our situation. We were not refunded any part of the accommodation cost, not even the taxes.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way our situation was handled. A force majeure can happen to anyone, and thankfully, we survived and remained safe. Of course, money is not the most important thing, but the way we were treated left a very unpleasant impression.

After this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel chain to anyone. I expected at least some understanding and support from the hotel, but unfortunately, we received neither.

Pleasant stay in La Plagne

The residence is ski-in/ski-out. There's a beautiful view of the ski slopes. However, it's quite a walk from the center of Belle Plagne resort.
