Lovely hotel. Great breakfast buffet altho a bit like warm but huge range of items. Beach a stones throw away.

They did not give us the room we have booked, in the booking confirmation they show you a bigger room & bigger wider balcony and when arrived everything was smaller and a balcony with a less visibility , the hotel looks ok from the outside and loby but the rooms are old ,from 1970 , the view is incredible but thats about it

Breakfast is absolute chaos. Staff are friendly but drinks on rooftop bar very expensive. Rooms are clean beds comfy but shower is terrible and half the plug sockets don’t work. Lifts too small. Good location.

More like a 3 star hotel. Pictures on website do not accurately reflect standard of hotel. Hotel is in need of refurb!

We regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet the standards you expected. While our hotel prides itself on providing a welcoming and comfortable environment, we understand that there is always room for improvement and take your comments into consideration as we continually strive to enhance our guest experience.

Nonetheless, we are situated in a prime location on the beautiful Costa Blanca, directly in front of the Arenal Bol beach with exceptional views of the Rock of Ifach, providing an ideal setting for those looking to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and its surroundings.
