overall great location in Avoriaz to stay in Winter and summer (we did both..)
Pros:
- underground parking and location right at the entrance to Avoriaz (limited availability?? in summer there was no problem at least) which is probably unique to Avoriaz which is a pedestrian only village. Super comfy in summer to have the car 20m from the apt. (though you can park for free outside Azoriaz in the parking lot which is also pretty close).
-24H reception and super helpful/nice staff ! (a plus if you're arriving in the late hours of the night / early morning)
- Nice small Pool, sauna's (wet/dry) with great outdoor view - they've added 3 outdoor dry saunas since our visit in 2023 sitting on the terrace with great view
- Good, comfy rooms
Overall very nice package offered by this accomodation.. this is our 2nd time already (summer prices were attractive..)

I booked this hotel via Booking. I had to cancel and it was just 1 day into the non refund period (That is long in this hotel Vs other hotels). I wrote to the hotel requesting a reduced fee. Yet there is a full mess in the reception and hotel service. My request didn't pass to the person in charge, after few days we called the hotel, yet the reception said he is not in charge and passed it to someone else. That customer service person didn't come back to us. So it took us 5-6 messages on Booking + Phone calls + trying to find a direct mail to the hotel. So eventually so much time passed that we got close to our arrival and had to pay in full.
They really have a bad service.

Absolutely brilliant stay in a beautiful clean apartment with incredible views. Stunning and most importantly the staff were so helpful couldnt do enough for you. Christian and Alice answered all my questions showed me where things were and were so kind. Fabulous pool and sauna. Would love to go back!

Beautiful hotel with incredible views of the mountains. It is situated right next to the ski slopes/hiking trails which is very handy. The pool is good aswell, however the gym lacks some important equipment such as equipment for the arms as most of these machines are for the legs.

Overall great hotel which is 100% worth it for the price! ?
