«Could be great (need better mattresses)»

mark

Amazingly spacious apartment, great views, very clean and warm. All mattresses were rock solid so family did not sleep well. Kitchen could do with an oven. Great location for ski in ski out. Spa sauna and steam were a great addition and good value.

«Usually good but ruined by block booking of rowdy students»

mark

We've used Pierre Vacances on a number of occasions for our family skiing holidays and stayed at the Atria-Crozats apartments on three previous occasions. The accommodation is usually very good, but this year's visit was overshadowed by a very large block booking taken by Pierre Vacances of rowdy, often drunk university students. We phoned and emailed PV to express our disappointment and heard nothing back. A summary of the problems encountered were: 1) vomit on the floor outside the main lobby 2) blood in the snow outside the main lobby 3) foul language being used by students in the communal areas of the accommodation 4) students hanging over the balconies of the lower floors using foul and sexually explicit language 5) drunk & disorderly students in and around the building 6) University organiser patrol personnel outside the building, trying to keep the students in order 7) loud music with explicit content being played from lower floor balconies 8) litter in and around the property, including beer bottles 9) noisy students during the night returning to the property We would certainly think twice about booking PV accommodation again without assurances that this was a one-off.

Dear guest, Thank you for staying at our residence Atria-Crozats for the fourth time. We are pleased to read that overall you are content with our Pierre & Vacances residences. We are very sorry that this year’s stay did not meet your expectations and that you encountered some inconveniences. The best thing you can do is to report your complaints during your stay so that the staff can offer a possible solution. We can assure you that this is not a standard. Also, the three times you visited before were good. Nonetheless we hope that you spent a good stay in the mountains and took the opportunity to enjoy skiing, to try some high-adrenalin activities, and after an intense day of activities to relax at our residence. Kind regards, Pierre & Vacances Résidence Atria-Crozars Team

«Good hotel with good views»

mark

Good hotel with good views. We go sking twice a year - Dec and March. Always book this place. However reception staff , specially their manager is very rude. Never has issues with check in except this once. We arrived at 2 pm, to be informed that check in would be at 5 pm. Waited till 7 pm to be checked in! Food bought was destroyed. Manager was very rude. We did receive a sweet/biscuit hamper the day before we left to say sorry, but much inhouse work needed to be done to improve the female managers guest relationship and communication abilites. Manager and their staff need to know how guests might have been travelling for very long hours to reach the place. She appears stressed and obviously did not cater for extra cleaning staff in busy March sking period.

No reception at night - they left us the wrong room key and made us switch rooms 2 days later citing it was our fault. No compensation offered, no one from management bothered to talk to us. don't go near
