Good clean rooms. Towels and bedding smelled very stale. Consistent smell of cooking oil throughout for the entire week. Once you acclimatised you stopped noticing and the space was perfect for what we needed. The ski room could use more benches as often you’re left waiting for space to sit and kit up.

Room size decent, kitchen equipment was lacking & dishes were dirty on arrival. Staff were great including contacting me a day before & providing me important information like front door code+keys to the room in the safe for early check-in.

The room stinked of cigarretes. We kept coughing and feeling sick from second hand smoke. We could see our downstair neighbhours smoking and took pictures we showed the receptionist and complained a number of times and noone cared... truly disgusting.

Negatives: we are currently staying here and the ventilation is terrible. Our whole apartment smells like cigarettes due to someone smoking in another room. We have complained twice and the receptionists shared that this is a known problem and there isn’t much they can do- even though this is supposedly a smoke free residence. They offered to put us in a smaller apartment but hinted that the apartment also has the same issue. We would never have rented this place knowing we would be inhaling second hand smoke the whole time. We do not recommend staying here and would expect some sort of compensation in return for this horrible experience. Our family also could only check into their room at 6 Pm!!! When check in is supposed go be earlier…
Positives: The location is great and apartment sizes are good too.

We had a wonderful stay here just before Christmas. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us - may be a little cosy with 5 people. The place was spotless and there was a good little kitchen. Location wise it's perfect for a day out on the slopes as you can literally ski out of the locker room door. Staff were all very friendly and the wifi worked really well - included in the price of the room. No complaints at all and we will definitely be back in the future.
