Rooms are suitable for 3 people, using the sofa bed.
The rooms are warm and cosy.
A boot room is privided, and its ski out, ski in.

Great location, straight onto a blue / green slope, lots of lovely restaurants, baker, & boucheries. 10 to 13 min pleasant walk to La Croisette. Apartment had everything you could want. They were spotless & well equipped. Happy to recommend residence aconit

Our stay was generally good, but there are a few small areas that could be improved. We only received the check-in email at around 7pm, so getting the check-in details by text beforehand would have been really helpful. Some of the cutlery could do with replacing (the main knife was very blunt, the set was mismatched, and there were only three chairs for four people). Staff were mixed — one gentleman was quite blunt and unhelpful, but the lady on reception was excellent: friendly, very helpful, and she even helped us find parking, which we really appreciated

Good clean rooms. Towels and bedding smelled very stale. Consistent smell of cooking oil throughout for the entire week. Once you acclimatised you stopped noticing and the space was perfect for what we needed. The ski room could use more benches as often you’re left waiting for space to sit and kit up.

Room size decent, kitchen equipment was lacking & dishes were dirty on arrival. Staff were great including contacting me a day before & providing me important information like front door code+keys to the room in the safe for early check-in.
