Worst apartment I’ve ever stayed at, filthy carpets, then they had the cheek to charge 80 EUR for not taking a bin bag of rubbish with us, yet there is no where to dispose of it. Certainly won’t be staying again.

I didn't read the opinions before and I somehow regret. Info about the hotel is misleading: Wifi is NOT free, Loundry is NOT free, parking underground limited for the cars up to 180 cm only, buses (navettes) are free but only 4 times an hour (if you're lucky), NEVER on time, it happens they do not come at all, so we forget it. Either you carry your stuff 700 m to the closest ski lift (Bergers) or find another combined way. Ski storage room is tight and stuffy, no ski boot hangers, no dryers. You do not get what you paid for. Hotel is old-fashioned. Price is as for 4/5 stars, you get in return 3 stars quality at most. TV, remote or lamps not always work, old and/or broken. On the other hand: the view on the mountains from upper floors is really nice, the weather seems guaranteed, staff at the reception desk is kind (but not flexible), many small radiators in the apartments so you can dry your stuff if necessary. Tap water is potable and quite tasty ;). The resort itself is not that bad, many wooden houses, huge rink next to the hotel, sweeming pool outside (even winter time) not sure yet if open for public ;). Many ski rentals and many (but not enough) bars/restaurants. Even though you speak their language, the French staff always try to switch to English (funny, often miscommunication especially when they "eat" letter H). The kitchenette is equipped with electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Many apartments you rent in the hotel belong to the private owners ... thus equipment and appearance might differ.

Made a little bit noise, immediately getting a fine of 65 euro per person, without any good warning. Next to that, we booked two rooms, and the hotel only had one room available. Thanks to their unwillingness to help, we had to split our group into two. Don't go!

You get what you pay for. Decent for the price but the service was not very helpful at all at reception. The place is very old but for the price it's not bad and it's also close to the slopes.

We had a great time there, although I have a few little comments Cons: -We did not find the free wifi. -The water pressure on the 6th floor was low and fluctuated rapidly, so after I set the shower to a fair temperature, it kept changing on its own between 15°C and 50°C on its own. -The room was pretty dirty but that rather describes the previous customers, not the hotel -Sheet rental was 18 euros, which I find it ridiculously expensive -The ski storage had many issues: --The lights in the ski storage room automatically switched off after around 5 mins, leaving us in complete darkness til we found the switches again --The ski storage room was pretty crowded, with only 5 benches for 300 lockers --It took two people to open the door: one entered the code, and the other had to immediately open the door, because it opened only for a very short time. Imagine doing it yourself alone when you have your ski equipment in your hands. Pros: -The view was awesome -Skilift in 5 minutes of walk -Working elevators -Nice english-speaking receptionists -Well equipped apartments -Good location, nearby supermarket, bakery, restaurants and nightclubs
