We apologise that you did not find your cottage clean. This should obviously not be the case. If guests still find dirt in the cottage after cleaning, we always recommend reporting this to reception immediately. The park staff can then send an extra cleaner.
We are very sorry to learn that the quality of food in the restaurant did not fully satisfy you.
