Apartment in the city center, parking space if reserved, and 300 meters from the beach.
Well-equipped, perfect bedding, even though it's a Murphy bed.
Very clean throughout. Friendly and helpful staff.
Only drawback: the door wasn't secure, even though the code was given upon arrival. It wasn't reassuring; anyone from the outside could have entered the building.

I highly recommend it.

Excellent location in Menton city center. The residence's parking lot is very narrow. Unsuitable for large vehicles. Limited spaces available in the indoor parking area.

As loyal Pierre & Vacances customers for many years, this year we stayed at the Résidence Les Citronniers and I must say that my family and I were very satisfied. The room was spotless upon arrival, spacious and perfectly air-conditioned, ideally located in the heart of all amenities and tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will gladly return; keep up the good work!

Avoid at all costs — unacceptable customer experience

I strongly advise against booking a stay with Pierre & Vacances until this type of problem is taken seriously. My experience with the booking service has been extremely disappointing.

During my booking, the agent clearly instructed me to pay the fees and send my holiday vouchers by mail to the address she provided. I followed her instructions exactly and sent the vouchers immediately. It was only several hours later that I received a text message specifying that they absolutely had to be sent by registered mail. This information had never been given to me by the agent at the time of sending.

Today, I am told that my holiday vouchers are "lost." I am therefore left paying for my entire stay while losing the value of my holiday vouchers, even though I simply followed the instructions of your own agent.

This is completely unacceptable. I therefore request a refund for the value of my holiday vouchers, as this situation stems from incorrect information provided to me by your department.

I do not intend to let this matter rest. Without a solution and a prompt refund, I will pursue my complaint with the relevant authorities and use all available means to assert my rights.

Such handling is particularly disappointing for a company like Pierre & Vacances. Avoid at all costs — unacceptable customer experience.

I had already stayed at the Citronnier residence, which is close to everything.
